When I was looking for an estate agent I was recommended to use Haus though a friend and this ended up being one of the best decision I made. Haus made the whole process of selling my property run much more smoothly than I do believe it would have, and in particular Olivia who was so friendly and approachable. She was continually warm and empathic throughout the experience. She always pick up my calls and emails promptly offering support and advise wherever needed. I would highly recommend Haus, I can’t thank them enough for their brilliant expertise!!!

We recently sold our home and purchased our new home with Haus. It was a complicated and stressful process, taking almost 9 months with many twists and turns, but Haus were incredibly supportive and held our hands the entire way through. I initially chose Haus for our sale as I felt that they were the friendliest out of all the other estate agents I’d been in touch with, and I wasn’t wrong. Heather who managed our sale for us was incredibly friendly, reliable, helpful and did an amazing job at keeping us up to date with the entire process. Towards the end she was completely invaluable, coordinating with the entire chain, all the solicitors and estate agents to help us to complete, we honestly couldn’t have got through it without her help. We were also lucky enough to purchase our new home with Haus and Brad was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout this process too. I would 100% recommend anyone to sell their home with Haus.

Excuse the pun but Haus really are streets ahead of other Estate Agents! We’ve bought and sold a few properties over recent years and our experience with Estate Agents has been mixed so we were sceptical of finding one that lived up to our expectations. However, from our initial meeting with David, who is one of the Directors at Haus, we felt that we were working with a team of people who would do their utmost to help sell our property and I’m pleased to say we were proved right! David took his time to explain the company ethos to us and he also listened to our needs and concerns. He also took great care writing a detailed description of the property, which was a welcome departure from other agents who seem fond of cutting and pasting generic descriptions. Haus use contractors for the marketing photo’s, which you pay extra for, but it is worth every penny because the photo’s are so important. We had the first viewing booked within 10 minutes of it going live on the website and 40 viewings later we ended up with some excellent offers. The next stage of negotiating and seeing the sale through to completion was handled by the incredible Olivia who made sure that we were kept up to date at every stage. She was efficient, extremely personable and very professional and we were never in doubt that she had our backs. She was absolutely instrumental in the sale going through so smoothly. Haus also use an online portal to log all the activity on a sale, which as a seller you have access to, and we found this incredibly useful. Olivia and the rest of the team were diligent in keeping it up to date and logging every interaction so this meant we didn’t constantly have to call for updates. Selling a house can be a fraught and stressful time and we have had some experiences that have made us question why anyone would ever sell a property but Haus have restored our faith that there is a better way of doing it. We certainly won’t be using anyone but Haus again.

Haus are an amazing team to work with! We worked closely with Claire and Heather but had contact with others at Haus, and everyone was incredibly helpful and made selling our house an easy process. We were eager to get our house sold and Claire worked hard to push things ahead for us. The entire process was clear from beginning to end. Haus made the selling process as efficient as possible (the online portal is great) whilst being mindful of individual requirements / needs. They work with some excellent third parties (photographers and energy assessors) and the entire experience was positive. Thanks to Claire, Heather and the Haus team for helping us get to in our dream home before Christmas! We would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to others.

Just a quick “thank you” re your fabulous service with the marketing and sale of my residential property. Dealing with estate agents can be a stressful business - not with Haus! I was kept up to date at all times and never had to chase anything up. Special mention to Bradley, who kept the online portal updated weekly re the latest news from both sides solicitors. There were times when I found out more about what was happening in the chain via the Haus portal than I did via my solicitor’s portal (and the solicitors were good too)! We met David when he came to value the property and it was an easy decision to choose this Estate Agent. Polite, friendly and professional, he gave good advice on pricing the property. Josh has been our property consultant throughout the process. The sale definitely presented us with a number of challenges along the way. Highly recommend. We asked for a valuation with a view to selling. We were visited by James who arrived on time, was very knowledgeable friendly and gave good advice. We ultimately decided not to sell at this time due to to the valuation given, but I appreciated his honest and justified opinion that was backed d up with good information.
