GoogleRecently approached Haus to assist with renting a property out, the process was so quick and easy with everything explained in simple terms (I needed this as a first time landlord). I dealt with Jordan who was super easy to get in touch with and always replied super fast, I was kept in the know through out the whole process, when picture were taken, when the listing went live, how much interest there had been, how many viewings were booked in ect! I Would highly recommend thank you so much Jordan and team who your help through this process!

GoogleAfter failing to secure viewings with another, more local agent, we switched to HAUS in spring 2026 and completely remarketed the property, albeit at a reduced price. We appreciated the openness and availability of both James and Maddy , their willingness to discuss our options and their proactively in securing and managing the viewings and obtaining feedback in a challenging market. The “ portal” was particularly valuable in tracking progress and allowing us to make joint decisions regarding next steps. Finally, after almost three months and a further price reduction, the house found its “ market price” and we have recently successfully completed the sale.

Google⚠️ My experience with Haus Sales & Letting I want to share my experience to warn other people to be careful when dealing with Haus Sales & Letting, particularly with agents Lesia and Scot. I paid a holding deposit and started the process of signing the tenancy agreement. At no point was I made sufficiently aware that, under the circumstances, I might not be entitled to have the holding deposit refunded if the application did not proceed. After we had started the contract process, I was eventually told that they could not take my application forward. I was then informed that my holding deposit would not be refunded. I feel that the process and the information provided to me were not clear, and I was very unhappy with how the situation was handled. I have lost money despite making a genuine attempt to proceed with the tenancy. I am sharing this review so that anyone considering using Haus Sales & Letting takes the time to ask exactly what happens to the holding deposit if the application does not proceed, and makes sure they fully understand the terms before paying anything. This is based on my personal experience, and I would advise prospective tenants to be particularly careful and get everything in writing before making a payment.

GoogleI had a really positive experience dealing with Haus Headingley/Leeds, particularly Jess. She was helpful, understanding and professional throughout the whole process, and communication was always straightforward. Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with the property due to my own circumstances, that had nothing to do with the service I received. Jess was very accommodating and made the process much easier for me. I would definitely be happy to contact Haus again in the future when looking for a property. Thank you again, Jess, for all your help.

GoogleI can’t recommend Haus Estates Agents highly enough. They were fantastic from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier. Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout, and the communication was excellent. We were kept informed every step of the way and always felt that we were in good hands. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Thank you to the whole team at Haus Estates for making everything such a positive experience. GoogleAfter using a different estate agent we were in desperate need of an estate agent who would work with us collaboratively to ensure we got the best outcome for our property. Haus were excellent and I can't fault them one bit, their communication is excellent (despite me pretty much mandating email only!) They're friendly and helpful and genuinely seem to want to get the best for all customers. I'd specifically like to call out David Vaughan for going above and beyond (even when on Holiday), Jordan Fields and Poppy Taylor for being amazing at what they do.

GoogleSold my property through Haus in August. Without exception it was an excellent experience. The property was appraised thoroughly by David and his easy, courteous manner made it all very easy and straight forward. The marketing was discussed and everything happened in the planned timely way - in time and on time, just as promised. Communication was great - all the office staff were very polite and well informed, in particular Josh who handled the sale and Maddy who summarised all the offers. All in all a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Haus again.
