GoogleAppalling service. Took the afternoon off to work to see a property only to be a shown an appalling apartment, when I asked to see the one I wanted to see they didn't give an answer. I would never use these or recommend to anyone

GoogleThe service we have had from Haus (Jordon, Poppy) from the moment we had the initial valuation to rent our house out through to viewings, house inventory and tenancy documents has been outstanding and I would highly recommend them. We were particularly impressed by his honest approach and the use of research technology and local market data to inform our marketing and sales strategy. This was a big relocation and life changing move for us. Josh Trigg was brilliant in dealing with our sale and helping us to navigate several unexpected bumps arising along the road. The whole Haus team were very professional, friendly and supportive to us throughout our journey and this cannot be overstated. GoogleShowed us a property and told us we could sign, but we had to answer some questions for the landlord first. We filled these out on the day and sent them off, however Haus sent them to the wrong email address. After hearing nothing from them, we chased them up and they informed us of their error, telling us they would fix it. A week later, we heard nothing again, and when we rang they told us another group had viewed and signed the house straight away (which we tried to do but Haus messed up). They didn’t even bother to tell us the house had gone. Poor communication and unprofessional. Disgusting.

GoogleSelling your home can be a stressful time .I had previously had our home up for sale for 6 months with a different estate agent and no joy so when I viewed a house to buy that was up with haus the lady highly recommended them I immediately contacted Heather at haus had the photos taken that was so much better than I could have expected from the previous estate agent and as soon as it went online I had so many people wanting to view within a week it was sold Heather also advised on a solicitor and that was it it was all sorted for me stress free .I was kept upto date on everything as the sale went through Heather was amazing her friendly voice and advise made it fantastic she was as excited as myself when I told her we had found our new dream home and was happy a lovely family bought our home i would highly recommend 😊

GoogleHaus really have the sales process and protocols nailed. The handovers as we moved through the stages of the sale were seamless. The portal was updated regularly which meant we could get real-time updates and we had weekly phone calls too. The time from offer to completion was an unbelievable 9 weeks. I have had sales and lettings experience of two of the bigger estate agents in SW Sheffield and Haus leave both standing.

GoogleKind workers and helpful. But the Goodload refencing site they are connected with is the most violating of privacy I have ever used, if a guarantor is provided why am having to input details that are extremely unnecessary
