They kept me well informed at every stage, with clear communication via both email and phone, ensuring I understood each step of the process. GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful experience. I took time off work, travelled out of my way to view the property, and put forward a serious offer only to then discover that the property was already effectively being sold. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and the careless attitude of the consultant on the phone. I was told the previous buyer had “withdrawn due to personal reasons”, which now feels like nothing more than a convenient excuse. In reality, it appears the vendor was still actively progressing with that buyer the entire time.

GoogleFrom start to finish Haus staff have been amazing. They have made me feel honesty still exists within the estate agent world. There was no ducking and diving or merry dances. Just as you need when considering buying plain honesty and efficiency. The staff were open with facts and as a customer I felt safe in their hands. I'm not a mystery shopper but if I was I would definitely recommend Haus Sheffield as the estate agent to support you. Thank you so much!

GoogleGreat experience from start to finish especially from Hope and Nicole regarding first obtaining the property, straight through to the renewal process. Always been very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Any issues I came across they ensured it was dealt with and sorted ASAP.

GoogleThe company would not market my property and it was obviously because it was of relatively small value. Said that it was unsellable and at the same time told me to go to other estate agents? I found the staff insincere and only interested in making money.

GoogleI can't recommend Haus highly enough, they have just nursed through a very difficult sale for us, calling with updates every week for months. Also on the selling side, they send a professional photographer unilke many who just take snaps on phones. This showcases the property to the highest standard and gets people through the door to view.
