I can't recommend Haus highly enough! Haus have looked after my rental property for 8 years. They have found great tenants each time and have been pro-active fixing any problems for tenants quickly whilst keeping the process stress free for myself. avoid if theyre going to give you a house under RNL!!! check the reviews for RNL property management before choosing a house through haus, the reviews here seem good as the house finding process is so fine but as soon as youre moved in everything is handed over to rnl and theyre a nightmare. My room had a window that didnt shut for months which was blown open in the wind and my whole room was soaked with rain (it was unlivable and i had to stay at a friends house for days) they eventually bolted it shut in october then replaced it finally at the end of november (i moved in in july) they charge you for stuff you didnt break and you wont get your full deposit back even if the house is spotless. friends who also had a house with them had mould in kitchen cupboards and more issues that just didnt get resolved. In the RNL reviews, people had even worse experiences, the reviews are wild so please check, be careful!!

We have used Haus a few times over the years and more recently they have helped us with a house sale which was challenging to say the least. There used to be an advert for a famous lager … in our opinion Haus are probably the Worlds best Estate Agent … and Definitely the best by a mile in Sheffield . I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Haus was genuinely disappointing. My issue is not that I didn't get the property. The vendor is, of course, entitled to sell to whoever they choose. My concern is with how the process was handled. From the beginning, communication was poor. Despite repeatedly asking to speak with the negotiator by phone, WhatsApp or another platform, I never managed to have a single conversation with her. I called the office on multiple occasions but was told she was unavailable, and no meaningful alternative was offered. I was a committed cash buyer with my finances in place and was ready to proceed immediately. Haus later confirmed that I had submitted the highest cash offer, yet I was never given the opportunity to have even a brief conversation with the negotiator before the property was sold elsewhere. I had also been advised that submitting an offer would allow the next steps to be discussed with the seller, but that discussion never happened. After raising my concerns with the branch manager, I received a response defending the process, but it did not address my main concern: why a committed cash buyer with the highest cash offer was never given the opportunity to discuss the property or respond before the sale was agreed. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases people make, and I expected far better communication and a more professional, proactive service than I received. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Haus.
