What can i say!!!!! Hands down, Haus Homes are really the absolute best. This is the 3rd house we have sold with them and 1st class service everytime. Heather is our wonder woman & each time, she goes above and beyond to ensure that our experience, needs and desired outcomes are fully met. The whole team at Haus are simply just brilliant. Again, from advice pre-purchase of the property to putting it on the market, all the staff we dealt with were very professional. Heather was again absolutely delightful to deal with. The service she provided was excellent, communication and encouragement she gave when we encountered difficulties was so appreciated. Everyone who I had contact with throughout the process of selling our house was fantastic. David, who came to chat with me about the company and how they could represent us was personable and friendly. The marketing / photography for our brochure was extremely professional and well presented - and the ladies who came round were so encouraging and kind whilst I scrambled to try and make the house 'look presentable' :) Olivia (absolute god send), who dealt with every single one of my queries (and there were many) could not have been more accommodating. She went far beyond the call of duty on several occasions to help me, especially towards the latter end of the selling process where we were in the chain. I underestimated the level of stress that this adds to life in general and I honestly can not express enough how wonderful, reassuring, organised and proactive she has been. Olivia supported us to move the sale along and ensured other parties were aware our issue was stuck with our solicitors who gave a very poor quality service. Haus were BRILLIANT but - - this was a family probate sale so as the house was empty and needed updating, we had lots of early offers for quick purchase - we accepted one - then lost the purchaser who messed Haus around - so Haus got on the case - found new purchaser - kept me updated and completing today....Yippee - At a very early stage, Haus were so positive, gave me access to an online system and the information from this was excellent - no need to pester Haus with telephone calls. However from the beginning Haus always kept me up to date with progress by email as well with daily offers, current position, bad news as well as good news as i would have expected. Olivia in sales was so positive and very easy to deal with, it kept me confident as well. Alison in marketing and the rest of the team did a great job and were always quick to respond, and ultimately Haus achieved the required sale price. I would add that Ian Appleyard the Director/Surveyor was informative and down to earth with early price expectations but we got the required outcome in any event. So as Haus more than met my own expectations, I would fully recommend them if you want a professional, experienced and very on the ball agent working in your best interest - well done Haus.
