Very friendly, responsive and efficient. GoogleWe recently had a very stressful moving experience due to solicitors (APL in Leeds - avoid at all costs!) lower down the chain not doing their job. However, Olivia & Mark at Haus went above & beyond chasing things to enable the purchase & sale to go through when at more than one point all seemed lost. We found them to be helpful & above all, refreshingly honest, in a world where this quality is hard to come by! Definitely the best Estate Agents we have ever used & whilst we hope never to have to move again, if we did we would not go anywhere else. Thank you Haus! Highly recommend!

GoogleI could not rate our experience with Haus more highly. Our decision to go with them for our sale happened almost by chance, passing a post outside a house but I’m so relieved we did! From our initial meeting communication throughout the process was outstanding. We had a high number of viewings and offers, resulting in a sale after just two weeks. Haus have a unique platform (portal) to allow you to monitor all aspects of the sale process from viewings to offers; which was fantastic. This was complimented by our agent; Olivia’s exceptional support throughout. When we hit some issues with the chain she was always several steps ahead and liaising with the buyers, agents and solicitors to ensure we were always up to date and providing essential advice. Buying a house is a stressful experience but this was certainly minimised by the amazing work of Olivia (and Haus).PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe absolutely loved working with Haus for our home purchase. Heather and the team are exceptionally professional and they were amazing at keeping us in the loop with everything. They really made us feel very comfortable/relaxed during the entire process, were fantastic at getting back to us in a timely manner and they were so great with organising all the extra little bits that come with a house purchase. £175 deposit just to apply for a house kept by them and not refunded if they chose someone else for the property. Hopefully bank will reclaim the money as they agree;

Baf experience with a rental arranged via Haus - the offload all arrangements & issues to be dealt with to RNL Property Management - Moving in to a rental is met with an extremely poor management process with Haus & RNL in relation to the rental property - the lack of any Management process enabled a property let to begin occupation in a property that had not been cleaned, had damaged furniture, triffid like growth in the garden, an oven that was filthy & without control or temperature markings, insist that their lack of initial responsibility is the duty of the new tenants to report as maintenance, not accepting that the poor condition was a failure of their duty to ensure the new tenancy commences trouble free, and leave you to the devices of a property management company that exasperates the situation with a tardy response to deal with the issues - AVOID DEALING WITH AT ALL COSTS!!! -

FacebookWe are in the process of buying a property through Haus and cannot thank Heather enough for her time, persistence and diligence throughout the sale and pushing for our exchange date. We are in a large chain and communication between the solicitors hasn’t been great to say the least. We exchanged yesterday and I can confidently say without Heather chasing, this would not of happened. Thank you for you all your help!
