Bradley was brilliant he kept us updated and answered any queries or concerns we had instantly. Would highly recommend they really are fantastic and have been a pleasure to deal with.

FacebookHaving used probably most of the estate agents over the years ...have to say Having recently used Haus for my son the service I received and continuing to receive is first class ... on the ball.. efficient ... opens weekends which was really helpful for customers requesting viewings and offers during the weekend . Helpful and very informative. Would highly recommend and now on the other end trying to arrange viewings some rubbish service you get you realise how good Haus are ! Thanks Olivia for all your help ... xxxx

FacebookI have recently sold my house through Haus and honestly can say they have been amazing! My sale was complicated by the fact that I no longer live in Sheffield so I really needed an estate agent to take care of everything and Haus did just that! A special thank you to Ian for his help and a massive thank you to Olivia who guided and led our sale- she got us the best price for our house and kept in touch with regular updates. Genuinely she made the whole process a breeze and really took care of us! GoogleBoth my boyfriend and I used Haus to sell our properties. Haus have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their communication has always been brilliant, with fast replies and everything said in a very clear and easy to understand way. They helped me to find my new home after I asked for advice about the market, and couldn’t do more to help during the sale of my house. My house sold within the week, with it going to best and final due to the number of offers received. Unfortunately that sale fell through, but it sold within a week again when I placed it back on the market and I received multiple offers again. The photos looked great online and on RightMove too! I would definitely use them again.

They are so good at supporting you through the whole process and even after completing the staff are still available to help with any minor problems If you want 1 the best value for you home 2 a named person to help you sell/buy 3 staff who will work solely for you 4. The whole team are up to date and are all working for you Then Haus estate agents are the only ones to look after your property We know as we did get quotes from all the big names in Sheffield and it was Haus who came up best for overall service They Sell houses vas seen as you drive around Sheffield they are the most used as they are the best

GoogleThank you to all at Haus Homes, especially Heather and Ian. I felt well informed and supported at every stage when selling my home. I don’t believe I could have had a better or more professional service; all whilst being friendly and allowing me to take up as much of their time as I needed. I could always get hold of them 7 days a week and they made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. The Vendor portal was excellent as it allowed me to be kept informed even when I was busy at work and not able to call them. I will certainly not hesitate in recommending their service to family and friends. 😊

GoogleDO NOT RENT 41B ST MICHAELS ROAD. One star is generous for this agency. Please save yourself a lot of stress and find a competent estate agent who won’t take advantage of you. Working in digital marketing myself, I’m pretty sure most of these 5 star reviews are fake/paid for. The house we rented is not suitable for people to live in. It’s freezing cold and mouldy. AND THEY DONT FIX ANY PROBLEMS DESPITE COUNTLESS PROMISES. AFTER FIVE MONTHS IN THE HOUSE THEY HAVNT EVEN GIVEN US A HOOVER, FIXED ANY OF THE BROKEN BEDS OR FURNITURE, DEALT WITH THE DAMP OR EVEN PROVIDED US WITH NEW MATTRESSES. THE HOUSE IS IN SUCH A BAD CONDITION I HAVE HAD TO MOVE BACK TO MY PARENTS HOUSE. I have become so ill from the house I’m experiencing panic attacks and it’s affecting my career. Despite this, Haus and the maintenance company pass blame between each other and won’t sort anything out. Moreover, someone at Haus, or at the maintenance company (RNL) mixed up the meter readings so we don’t even know who our energy supplier is. This has caused an incredible amount of stress separately. The maintenance company and Haus are separate companies. This silly game makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to get anything sorted.

GoogleI’d highly recommend Haus to anyone looking to sell a property. The service they provided us has been fantastic from start to finish. Each member of staff we dealt with was completely on the ball and very dedicated to our sale. They made the whole process very easy, and we sold above asking price so we couldn’t be happier! The online sellers portal is fantastic, it made keeping track of viewings and offers so easy, without the need for constant phone calls. The fees were competitive with other local agents, but their availability out of normal business hours was what stood out for us. A special thank you to Julie, who really helped push our sale through with the solicitors in the final few days, she saved us a lot of time and stress and we are very grateful!

GoogleWe've recently sold our property through Haus were very pleased with the service. The marketing and photos were fantastic. Viewings were arranged by Haus around our preferred times and our property sold very quickly for a good price. Olivia was proactive at chasing up solicitors, and even gave us advice when looking for new properties. Overall a very good experience. We would highly reccomend and definitely use again.
