We recently sold our home with Haus. Their service was totally on point both from the initial meeting to find out about their offer to completion. The photography was stunning, so much better than many other agents around and for me is absolutely key to generating interest. They aren't the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for, if you're a busy professional you often don't have time to take phone calls back and forward to arrange viewings etc. The portal, where you can see all activity relating to your house, was an absolute godsend for us. Matt was our account manager and he was very proactive throughout the process giving us sound and much needed dvice. He, ultimately was the one who was constantly chasing and following up queries so that the sale happened on our target date. Well what can say......Haus were amazing from beginning to the end. I spoke to Heather in November 2020 and she was extremely approachable, polite and professional. I was particularly impressed with Heather and how quickly and well she retuned my calls and emails. Nothing was too much trouble. Heather played a big part in getting our new house completed so quickly. We put in an offer in January 2021 and we completed on March 5th 2021 which was 26 days before stamp duty was to end. (Although it has been extended now). We will definitely use Heather at Haus Homes when we sell our next house. Haus felt more personable than the other estate agents did. Less than 100 days from marketing our house to picking up the keys for the new one! What a fantastic and well advised service we have recently received from Haus. From sale price to negotiations and even helping advise on a purchase despite it being with a different agent. Nothing was too much trouble, we did not have to chase the sale once, the online portal kept us fully up to date with regular telephone updates also received. It really was a win win situation for all concerned and hopefully our buyers are as happy in their new home as we are in ours. David and his team marketed my parents old home for us, which was in a great location but was in need of modernization. His advice on pricing and strategy was excellent and his sensitivity in dealing with our old home was welcome. He had a list of contacts ready to go and rapidly arranged several viewings. The property sold within a fortnight at a great price for us, as he had promised. He then found us conveyancers and house clearance companies, who both did a great job, which was very welcome, as we live away from Sheffield. The team reacted immediately to all requests for help and were friendly and professional at all times. Exceptional in every way! Selling a family home due to bereavement was not something we had been looking forward to, but Haus took away all the stress and made the whole experience easy, and even enjoyable! Right from the first point of contact they were very responsive, and their teamwork was second to none - the Vendor Portal being a brilliant tool to inform everyone of the status and progress of the sale. My wife and I decided to use Haus to sell our place because of two recommendations from our friends who had recently moved. Our experience with Haus has been exemplary. The guidance we got on price was realistic, meaning we generated a lot of viewings on our house. The online portal was incredibly useful as you can see who is coming to view your house and get information about their status e.g., first time buyer without having to have lots of conversations with the estate agent. The thing that was most impressive was the communication. David Vaughn and Olivia Jones were excellent. Very responsive to email and incredibly friendly and helpful. We agreed the terms of the contract, but when they sent me the contract the terms were completely different with clauses stating utilities were not included in the rent although we agreed they were. Myself and my two fellow tennants were looking to find a property in a very short space of time, so we sent a few emails out detailing the kind of property we were looking for to several estate agents in the Leeds area.
