Haus were excellent in particular Mark who handled the sale in a very professional way. It was a pleasure to deal with him and in fact the house sale was much easier than we could have anticipated and Mark realised an excellent outcome. We really felt that we could trust and rely on Mark, he kept us very well informed and handled the whole negotiating situation in a very respectful way. All our queries were dealt with in a very pleasant and reassuring way and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The online portal was a very useful and time saving tool, this sets Haus apart from other agents, in addition their opening hours make them much more accessible than other agents. Heather and David and indeed everyone we have met from the Haus Homes team have managed the sale of our home in the best possible way. First of all they really listened to what it was that we wanted to achieve from selling our house of 36 years. They shared loads of advice and tips all of which turned out to be really sensible. I’d highly recommend Haus to anyone looking to sell a property. The service they provided us has been fantastic from start to finish. Each member of staff we dealt with was completely on the ball and very dedicated to our sale. They made the whole process very easy, and we sold above asking price so we couldn’t be happier! The online sellers portal is fantastic, it made keeping track of viewings and offers so easy, without the need for constant phone calls. The fees were competitive with other local agents, but their availability out of normal business hours was what stood out for us. A special thank you to Julie, who really helped push our sale through with the solicitors in the final few days, she saved us a lot of time and stress and we are very grateful!

We cannot recommend Haus enough, they have been flawless. We were originally listed through another estate agent and had a horrendous experience, we were sat on the market for two months with little interest and were constantly chasing them for updates. On the recommendation of a friend who had just sold her house through Haus, we decided to switch. My only regret is that we didn’t do this sooner. From the outset Haus were professional, friendly and proactive. They were so easy to reach, were more than happy to address any questions we had and made the process of switching to them so easy. Once we were back on the market we immediately had a lot of interest due to their excellent marketing skills and knowledge of the buying appetite in our area. Their portal system is fantastic, we could check how many viewings were booked and what the viewers’ feedback was at all times and were kept fully up to date. One of the things I really appreciated about Haus is the size of their team, big enough that they have a wealth of experience and knowledge but small enough that the communication between colleagues was excellent, and when we called no matter who we got through to they knew about our property and were happy to help if our agent wasn't immediately available. We were only on the market for two weeks before we accepted an offer at the price we were after, and in this time had 16 viewings and 4 bidders. Needless to say we were very impressed! We would recommend Haus to anyone, and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else in the future. They have restored our faith in estate agents!

A sturdy lighthouse in a dark and stormy sea! That’s the best analogy I could think of...sorry! We all know that selling a house is a stressful time so when you’re feeling low it’s good to know someone is on your side.
