GoogleI would just like to say what an amazing service Haus provide. We have just completed on our house move and the experience with Haus has been excellent. The support from David, Heather and the Haus team has been a fresh change to the usual estate agent experience. They advised on the pricing and the reasons behind this due to the way that people search for properties on Rightmove which I feel resulted in returning us a great price for our house. The way that the viewings and feed back was managed by Heather was also first class and with the back up of their on-line portal which allowed us to keep track of all the viewings and feed back with out have to take numerous calls while at work was a great help. If you are considering selling give Haus a call as I am sure you will be very pleased with the outcome. Keep up the good work.

Although we missed out on buying a wonderful home , I am convinced we will find the perfect home through them. FacebookWe sold our house using Haus earlier this year and were extremely happy with the service we received. In particular, the individual online platform used makes all communications between parties extremely efficient. They have a modern approach too which goes beyond the traditional estate agent model. Olivia managed the chain for us brilliantly and was more than happy to prod / chase whenever needed. The best way to describe the process was seamless and no request / question was too much trouble. We've recommended Haus to a number of friends and that is the biggest endorsement possible.

GoogleTENANTS AND LANDLORDS, BE AWARE I came across a three-bedroom flat on SpareRoom that I wanted to look at and the person on the other end informed me that it is managed by Haus Properties. I specifically checked with the advertiser if the property is available for a flatshare before I got in touch with the agent. When contacted the agent, to my surprise, they were not sure if the flat is fine for a flatshare, but after confirming that the person I spoke to is one of their landlords, I was booked for a viewing. A few days after, on the way to the viewing, I was informed that there was a mix-up and the flat is not available anymore. Instead, I was offered to look at one-bedroom properties. It showed no attention to the needs of the potential tenant as originally I was booked to view a three-bedroom flat. There is sort of a hint that I might be not interested in one-bedroom properties. I would not have been bothered with this review if the landlord didn’t message me something on SpareRoom regarding the flat I was initially supposed to view. I told the landlord that I could not look at the flat because it was not available. The reply stated that the property is still available. It seems like it is easier for the agent to rent the flat to a group of three and that is what they want to do against the landlord. Overall, I feel like the agent dealt with me unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe have just sold our first home with Haus and they have been fantastic, we had six agents out to value our house and within minutes of David coming into our home we knew we'd go with Haus. The whole team have been amazing, they've really held our hand throughout the process. Heather has kept us up to date every step of the way, giving us great advice. We cannot believe how smooth the process has been, we would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Friendly and professional, cannot speak highly enough of the Haus team. GoogleWe moved into a dirty house i.e. Filthy carpets, holes in the wall, the shower head fallen off the wall, issues with access to the meters. All reported at the time we moved in, however when we moved out we were charged, along with a broken washing machine that was clearly in no fit state to use, walls replastering. When we came to leaving the property it took over a year to retrieve our deposits. Researched online and similar issues with other people who used Haus.

GoogleWe were assured again and again that we would have a bills packaged arranged by Haus and and was one of the reasons we signed with them and in the end they did not sort a bills package with us and gave us no help in finding one, communication was extremely poor, I only found this out after sending multiple emails asking questions , if they knew they could not give us a bills package why could they not email all of the tenants and tell us instead of us finding out months later only because we kept emailing and asking questions, if we had not asked would we have even have found out??? Poor communication and false promises is the definition of bad faith .

GoogleWe had high hopes for this letting agents! We couldn’t have been more wrong! We came across their ad for a property on Rightmove, stating a price per week. We even called them to check the price was right before booking a viewing. We travelled all the way from Northampton to Leeds to view this property to find out on arrival that the price stated was actually per person, per week. As you can imagine we were quite annoyed so we called their office and they gave us ever excuse to why they weren’t at fault. If anyone is interested in any of their properties, CALL THEM. Double check the ad is right. Spell it out to them that your interested in the whole property and not just one room.

GoogleHaus are without doubt the best student and professional estate agents for rental in Leeds. I am a landlord with a number of houses. All my houses are rented through Haus and the service they proved is without doubt exceptional. Chloe and her team at the Headingley office provide an exceptional service. If you are wondering as a landlord which estate to go with then in my opinion this is the best in Leeds. If you are a student or professional looking for a house then speak to Chloe. The service is perfect. 6 out of 5 stars

Facebook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow! What a fantastic service. (I’d give 6 stars if I could) After recently completing on our sale through the fabulous Haus team, we couldn’t be happier. From the valuation, to the viewings all the way through to the sale, David, Heather & Co were great at keeping in touch through the online portal, and were on hand to speak to us not only during working hours but also evenings and weekends, we felt like their only clients!! We were in a chain with a few complications along the way too, so it wasn’t a smooth sale for them. My husband and I would recommend them to everyone. They’re second to none! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
