FacebookI would just like to say what an amazing service Haus provide. We have just completed on our house move and the experience with Haus has been excellent. The support from David, Heather and the Haus team has been a fresh change to the usual estate agent experience. They advised on the pricing and the reasons behind this due to the way that people search for properties on Rightmove which I feel resulted in returning us a great price for our house. The way that the viewings and feed back was managed by Heather was also first class and with the back up of their on-line portal which allowed us to keep track of all the viewings and feed back with out have to take numerous calls while at work was a great help. If you are considering selling give Haus a call as I am sure you will be very pleased with the outcome. Keep up the good work.

They have given an outstanding service throughout the process of selling our home. Ian, Heather, David and Jo have kept us fully informed at all times throughout the process.
Haus work outside of many other Estate Agents operating hours, which i believe to be one of the reasons we managed to secure such a speedy sale of our home, above asking price!
During the viewings, many of the potential buyers commented on the fantastic service they had had from Haus when they called to enquire about the property. This was reassuring for us and reaffirmed we made the right decision to go with Haus. I highly recommend this team who work with you to make the sale of your property as smooth and beneficial as possible. They are in regular contact informing you every step of the way as a seller or a buyer! The personal service is brilliant and I would 100% use them again in the future. A big thank you!

GoogleThe worst agency I've been seen in Leeds. In the first time you go to see the flat they help you in some points but they don't tell you everything about the property as my case. And after moving to the flat when I want anything the replyed "call 📞 the landlord" even in small things, I want to know what is the point to sign the contract with you if you can't help me in anything while I am living in the flat. It was a terrible experience.

All three of them have the personal touch I’ve never experienced in this industry before and are highly experienced. They will achieve the best price for your property making them excellent value for money too.
After an initial failed attempt to sell our home via a different agent, we contacted Haus. Ian came along and explained how we could improve our sales strategy giving practical tips based on his extensive experience. He restored our faith that our house was indeed sellable, and we agreed to appoint Haus. They completely refreshed our marketing with some new, high quality images via a professional photographer this time and we launched our house again via Haus. Within 24 hours of advertising we found our buyer! This was then handed to Heather who is just lovely, an utter pleasure to deal with. Again, using all of her experience she guided us through the process and kept us fully informed throughout.
They know what they are doing and are passionate about your home. Thank you so much, the sale has enabled us to live in the area we want and improve our quality of life massively. What is not to love about Haus? Highly recommended!

Googlewouldn't trust these guys to put the tenants needs first. They certainly don't play fair. We agreed yesterday we would sign for a property after work today. by which time they'd already agreed for another pair to sign for it and then told us they had given it to someone else.

GoogleTerrible Experience - Wanted a property with Haus because of the positive reviews. Arranged a viewing and the agent, Rosie, couldn't really be bothered. Gave one word answers and was fed up after 15 minutes. Also, I'm not sure we entered one of the properties with the tenant's consent or knowledge, as they weren't present and it seemed the agent picked this property moments beforehand. This was worrying, as they would happily do this in any property that I rented. I'll take my business elsewhere.
