There are estate agents who are just bothered about connecting the seller and buyer, and the commission fees. Haus are different. Biggest strength of Haus is that they are approachable and spend time talking and listening to you. They do call back if they are busy. Olivia and her team have provided a personalised service which is a rarity given that they only charge the same commission as any other estate agents in the market. They are not shy of advising you on other matters/general advice on properties and areas too. Other companies including solicitors should learn customer service from Haus in this industry. I would thoroughly recommend Olivia and her team at Haus. Last but not the lease, Ian Appleyard has initiated the sale process and he resonates the above ethos equally.

I had a wonderful renting experience with Haus Homes. First day we met Helen to show us the flat. Suggested some attractions in the area and the best shopping centres, which was great. We viewed a property which had been empty for some time. Haus provided an excellent viewing service, taking time to answer questions and explaining the process as the seller had gone into a home. The description of the property was easy to understand with a good plan. We made an offer and Haus facilitated our surveyor very quickly. In the middle of the transaction the seller died and we had to wait for probate. Julie at Haus kept us informed of progress throughout. Haus also arranged for extra inspections of the property and for the garden to be kept tidy. They also allowed us extra visits so we could take measurements. They were very professional throughout the process, start to finish, and this led to a successful completion.

Excuse the pun but Haus really are streets ahead of other Estate Agents! We’ve bought and sold a few properties over recent years and our experience with Estate Agents has been mixed so we were sceptical of finding one that lived up to our expectations. However, from our initial meeting with David, who is one of the Directors at Haus, we felt that we were working with a team of people who would do their utmost to help sell our property and I’m pleased to say we were proved right! David took his time to explain the company ethos to us and he also listened to our needs and concerns. He also took great care writing a detailed description of the property, which was a welcome departure from other agents who seem fond of cutting and pasting generic descriptions. Haus use contractors for the marketing photo’s, which you pay extra for, but it is worth every penny because the photo’s are so important. We had the first viewing booked within 10 minutes of it going live on the website and 40 viewings later we ended up with some excellent offers. The next stage of negotiating and seeing the sale through to completion was handled by the incredible Olivia who made sure that we were kept up to date at every stage. She was efficient, extremely personable and very professional and we were never in doubt that she had our backs. She was absolutely instrumental in the sale going through so smoothly. Haus also use an online portal to log all the activity on a sale, which as a seller you have access to, and we found this incredibly useful. Olivia and the rest of the team were diligent in keeping it up to date and logging every interaction so this meant we didn’t constantly have to call for updates. Selling a house can be a fraught and stressful time and we have had some experiences that have made us question why anyone would ever sell a property but Haus have restored our faith that there is a better way of doing it. We certainly won’t be using anyone but Haus again.

It was a complicated and stressful process, taking almost 9 months with many twists and turns, but Haus were incredibly supportive and held our hands the entire way through. Just a quick “thank you” re your fabulous service with the marketing and sale of my residential property. Dealing with estate agents can be a stressful business - not with Haus!
