From our initial meeting with Sophie and Katie to the prompt and consistent viewing feedback, we were never left in the dark. While we encountered a few hiccups along the way (not a fault of Harvey Robinson), the team remained positive, and viewings soon picked up again. Throughout the process, we worked with several members of the team; however, special thanks go to Corrinne, who became our main point of contact. She provided clear communication and remained supportive and proactive at every stage of our journey. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Harvey Robinson!

Toby was attentive, provided regular updates (several times a day nearing the end of a difficult exchange), helped chase solicitors and couldn't have provided a better service. GoogleWe had such an excellent experience with Harvey Robinson St ives, initially by several of the team as we were doing viewings and then as we progressed our sale, with Chloe Wenman in particular. They were one of the few agents we liaised with that felt genuine and authentic, we never felt strung along by Chloe, it was always the perfect blend of professionalism and a friendly relationship. She took the time to understand our preferences and we never felt pressured, we always felt very heard. We were also carrying a 2.5 year old along to viewings and she was fantastic at helping us occupy him whilst we had a proper look around! We had a number of time limitations with the move due to nursery places and Chloe was always proactive and communicative, we never had to chase her to follow things up, she was always on top of it. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Chloe and her team!

She was incredibly helpful, kept everything moving, and really pushed to get the completion over the line. The rest of the team at the branch were also fantastic, friendly, supportive, and easy to deal with. If we ever decide to sell in the future (not for a long while, fingers crossed!), we’ll definitely use them. Highly recommend!

GoogleDisappointing, to the least Two months ago I had over my studio flat Katie the manager and Sophie the evaluator and ass.manager from Harvey Robinson in St Ives for my possible selling of my property For my request of selling my studio flat Harvey Robinson the fee was £3250 plus VAT. In a way asking the 2% of my selling flat plus 20% VAT. Last Tuesday I pop in the branch looking to review the fee Sophie it would le me know by email and so evening time I received a poorly written email that Harvey R. works for a minimum fee and I asked myself what is the minimum fee only when the day after 5th November so last Wednesday speaking with Corrinne the sales negotiator pointed out that the minimum fee for selling is £3000. If I had known that the minimum fee was £3000 pounds I would not contact Harvey Robinson in the first place for selling my studio flat, not only if the plot is undervalued as it was prospected, you still pay the same amount of fee. Clarity and transparency missing at Harvey Robinson, clearly confusing Now what it makes and how was calculated from the minimum fee of £3000 to the previous £ 3250 fee presented to me it is something making wondering. It seems that Harvey Robinson is calculating the fee depending on your property, smaller it can be higher is the fee or vice versa, taking present that lucky the 95% of estate agents are taking 1,25 or 1,35% plus vat and you pay the percentage for the amount of selling property. At the end the marketing and publicity are the same, so nothing different from Harvey Robinson just a little more in return as you can save a lot from their minimum fee. Who is losing or gaining clearly if the property is undervalued or overvalued for a studio flat the minimum difference it can be irrelevant, but a bad evaluation for a big selling fee for a bigger property it can make a substantial change. What I like to see from H.R. a better communication you are not selling door to door cornering the customer with lacking of real effective information and a better knowledge of percentage of yield or estimate it would not bad to know. It is the second time I have to encounter unfair behavior from another agent clearly needed change I will answer of any your reply I do feel the way you came to my house was a mis- leading ones involuntarily or not it is not the way. Riz Editing for answering Your reply is Indicating that you are a door to door service agent with the needed justify for your fee I am not interested for your fee it is your choice how you evaluating your job as it seems for what you described too demanding to handle a simple Internet search, elaborating the marketing as if you are trying of selling the secret garden when the property speaks for itself no tricks no lies and no garden. What I complained about the lack of proper communication and transparency from the beginning. Nothing more
Good morning Mr Riz, We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your dealing with Harvey Robinson. We were delighted to be asked to visit your flat to provide a valuation and as you mentioned, provided you with an honest and researched assessment of the current market value as well as the fees that we would charge to sell your home. The fee that we quoted you was based on a number of factors. Having just sold another property in your development, we have a fairly accurate assessment of the resources required by ourselves in order to generate interest and hopefully secure a satisfactory sale. When we met with you, we discussed a number of marketing techniques that we would employ in order to generate interest and of course, these need to be factored into our costs. The fee that we quoted you was the minimum fee that we felt was reflective of the costs that we would incur in providing this service and finding you a buyer for your home specifically. You did make us aware that you did not want to pay this fee and were going to instruct an alternative agent following our visit. When you visited the office after this on the 4th November, you asked if we could reduce the fee at all. We did take some time to revisit this but reconfirmed via email that this was indeed the minimum fee that we were able to offer you in the current market conditions considering the resources we felt were required to find a buyer. We were conscious that we did not want to reduce the fee and therefore, reduce the commitment or service that we were to provide to you as a seller. We wish you all the best with marketing your home via the agent that you chose to work with but should you change your mind and wish to work with us at the fee quoted, we would be delighted to help.

Special thanks to Katie and Chloe for their professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness, who have given us guidance and worked hard behind the scenes to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible and overcome all the problems that arose in the process. The instant viewings feedback and the biweekly updates were great and made sure we weren't kept in the dark wondering how things are going and what to expect. I cannot thank them enough for all they've done. To anyone reading these 5 star reviews please know that they are a true reflection of their excellent service and don't hesitate to use them.
