GooglePurchased my first property whom was marketed by Harvey Robinson. I cannot stress how phenomenal and attentive the service was. I dealt mostly with Beth who I could not fault at all. Impeccible. Communicated multiple times a week from start to finish without fail and when she wasnt there, Kye was there to step in. I honestly thought buying a property was daunting, but Beth made it so it wasnt. I honestly could not fault both her and Harvey Robinson at all. 100% will be my go to if I decide to move again down the line. INCREDIBLE!

GoogleI used Harvey Robinson recently to sell my flat in St Neots - Beth deserves all the praise in the world. She was lovely throughout our whole experience, did more chasing then I could have asked and was just absolutely brilliant. There are not enough words to describe just how amazing she was. I will be forever grateful we chose Harvey Robinson and was allocated to Beth and would truly recommend anyone to use these estate agents. Although there were a few bumps in our process Beth still made it as smooth as possible - Whilst Beth was on holiday Kai took over our case which was so nice to know it wasn't just left, and our time with him was nothing less then the service Beth offered. He chased without us chasing him and constantly kept us up to date. He also took the best photos of my property which got it sold in less than 2 days! I am so appreciative of everything this estate agent offered and made us so happy in our choice.

GoogleAfter 42 years myself and my sister have had to sell our mum's family home! The ladies at harvey robinson kept us up to date weekly and their app was most helpful. We ended up getting a decent price for the house as it's a fixer upper! I think all in all the house was on the market for about 5 months. We really hope that the future owner loves it and makes many happy memories as we did! 🙂

The purchase of our new home wasn’t always the easiest process, and there were a few obstacles along the way, but Sophie and the team worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and get us over the line. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they were genuinely invested in helping us complete. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they were there to help whenever we needed them. A huge thank you to Sophie and everyone involved for all your hard work. We’re absolutely delighted to finally be in our new home and really appreciate everything you did to make it happen.

His deep market knowledge, dedication, and persistence were the main reasons our sale successfully made it across the finish line. GoogleSamantha and Grant were fantastic throughout what turned out to be a genuinely long and challenging sale (18 months from listing to completion). Despite a slow market and a tricky final stretch with some difficult transaction dynamics, they never dropped the ball. They felt like true partners in the process, always proactive, always in my corner, and completely unshaken by the pressure. In the final few days, when things got especially tense, they were absolutely outstanding, calm, professional and clearly fighting for the best outcome for me. I can't recommend them highly enough - a genuinely excellent team.

GoogleWe have recently sold our property through Harvey Robinson St Ives. The whole team have been great throughout the whole process, a special shout out to Katie, Corinne and Chloe. Professional, friendly, good communication and quick at responding to any issues/questions. We had bi- weekly phone updates which were great. The service provided was 5 star. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future if needed.
