We were so pleased that we chose Harvey Robinson as our estate agents. Grant and Beth were fantastic throughout the entire process. Our sale and purchase took a little longer than expected due to moving into a new build and the typical delays that come with it. However, they did everything they could from their end to keep things progressing and ensured our buyers were kept fully informed along the way. One of the key reasons we chose HR was their online portal, which allowed us to track Rightmove viewings, see how many potential buyers they had sent our property details to, and keep track of viewings and offers. It was incredibly helpful to have that level of transparency. Another standout feature was their bi-weekly update calls. These regular check-ins reassured us that everything was under control and moving forward, without the worry of weeks of radio silence. We would highly recommend Harvey Robinson, in particular their St Neots branch, to anyone looking for an estate agent and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
