Sophie Taylor from the st ives Branch has been absolutely amazing throughout our whole journey of buying our first home. It was a very long difficult process due to no fault of Harvey Robbinsons and Sophie made it a very reassuring process when things felt like they were going wrong. She made it her upmost priority to get us our first home. Sophie went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. I went for a viewing today and Kai was lovely. He gave me freedom to check around without breathing in my neck which some do unfortunately. He made me feel comfortable to be able to share my honest thought about the property. He was very thoughtful about my mother who came along with me and has difficulty to walk properly.

A special thanks to Jade who has been handling our purchase the whole way through. I worked with Beth on a property purchase and I was very satisfied with how they kept me up to date with the conveyancing and the progress in general, even when there was no news. Also, I can't be sure, but I think their constant followups with different parties of the transaction helped speed things up a bit. I would have done this myself so some work have been lifted off my shoulders which is nice. I think everyone's experience of a house purchase is different but for me these two were the most significant interactions with Harvey Robinson and they did a good job.

We chose Harvey Robinson St Neots to market our property back in August 2023, primarily because Beth from the office had been extremely diligent and pro active in contacting us on a regular basis when we began searching for a property. We have dealt with Grant, Sam and Beth and we have found them to be courteous, professional and approachable at all times. Sam produced a comprehensive range of beautiful photographs and within a matter of days, they had introduced our buyers to the property. We have now exchanged contracts and will be moving at the end of next week (extended time taken due to family illness at the end of last year). Throughout the process, Grant has kept us updated by both email and phone and has always responded promptly when we have needed to get in contact. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Robinson St Neots to anyone intending to sell their house in the area.
