We chose Harvey Robinson St Neots to market our property back in August 2023, primarily because Beth from the office had been extremely diligent and pro active in contacting us on a regular basis when we began searching for a property. We have dealt with Grant, Sam and Beth and we have found them to be courteous, professional and approachable at all times. Sam produced a comprehensive range of beautiful photographs and within a matter of days, they had introduced our buyers to the property. We have now exchanged contracts and will be moving at the end of next week (extended time taken due to family illness at the end of last year). Throughout the process, Grant has kept us updated by both email and phone and has always responded promptly when we have needed to get in contact. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Robinson St Neots to anyone intending to sell their house in the area.

Beth in the St Neots office was representing our vendors estate agents and she has been absolutely brilliant! Communication through Beth has surpassed any other communication from our estate agents or dealing with solicitors even. She went above and beyond for us and passed on every query we had and always took ownership of any task. If we ever look at selling our new property in the future, she'll be the only one we want selling our property. I cannot recommend Beth highly enough and her college, Grant, was brilliant at chasing up people on her behalf when she was out of the office. You will NOT be disappointed. It felt as though she was our estate agent too.

Staff from Harvey Robinson initially valued my late mother’s house with a correctly worded and accurate probate valuation, alongside the provision of details on comparable properties, with no unnecessary marketing jargon and didn’t pester me afterwards. Just what was needed at the time, so it was not difficult to decide who to use for the sale. After the granting of probate, the property was re-valued and offered for sale with good quality photographs, videos, details and publicity both on-line and in house. Viewings were accompanied and very quickly reported upon, with the company then assisting to achieve the best possible price. Post sale, as the company could talk to all parties and their legal representatives when I couldn’t, I was constantly updated of the situation, which was appreciated and I have no hesitation recommending them. Samantha at Harvey Robinson Estate Agents has provided exemplary service since engaging her/ them to sell my late mother’s house in Saint Neots. I had three estate agents call in to value the house. Samantha came across best as she was friendly, steady, presentable, professional and cheerful. Her competitors, who also have offices in the Market Square, came across “jack the lad” and “too in your face” sales types which put me off them. Samantha surveyed the house and came up with a sales brief with all the key points which was very good. This was used to pop onto Rightmove. I did not select Harvey Robinson on the fee they charged but on who I thought would do an excellent job. Their fee was mid market and well worth every penny. Samantha has been an excellent guiding force on my journey through this housing selling process. She helped me with best price to go for by assessing the house attributes compared to others sold in the area; this had to be adjusted when the housing market changed. Regular updates were provided as to how the sale was going which were very useful. Whenever someone wanted to visit the house I was informed by email. Her backup office staff have been excellent when she was not in the office. She offered a conveyancing organisation for me to use but I decided to go with Adlams Solicitors who were based in the Market Square and they have been very efficient and professional so I recommend them as well. Thank you Samantha for all your help with this and strongly recommend Harvey Robinson to others.

From the first meeting for valuation, Harvey Robinson showed great concern to understand our needs and tailored their marketing accordingly. Communication was undertaken by Beth who provided a full comprehensive service calling regularly to update us and was at the end of the phone whenever we needed her.
