I was very impressed with the service overall, we could have gone with another company for 1/4 % less commission but I'm very glad we didn't as we definitely got value for money. James was our main contact after initially dealing with Justin. Both were excellent at communicating, chasing solicitors, other estate agents and anyone we had contact with. They really made us feel like they were going the extra mile for us and nothing was a problem.
