GoogleThank you to all the team in the St Neots office for the excellent service, from first contact through to completion the whole sales process was first class and thoroughly professional. In particular I must praise Justin for initially taking the time and genuine interest during the renovation project to witness the old building being brought back to life. And then the fantastic effort put in by Beth to get the house sold at asking price, the regular feedback, and communications to push the sale over the line this last week. I cannot recommend Harvey Robinson enough and have and will continue to recommend them to friends, family, and work colleagues.

GoogleReally good experience as buyer working with Kai & Toby. From first viewing the Harvey Robinson team were engaged, knowledgeable and took my questions and queries seriously. During purchase they kept frequent open lines of communication to update on how the chain was progressing, which set my mind at ease as a first time buyer, and made me confident that there were no undue delays in the transaction.

GoogleThe sale went smoothly so I can’t fault that. The only critique I would give is that I would’ve liked there to be more updates. I know their policy is every 2 weeks but I would’ve preferred at least once a week even if there is no news and definitely more as we got closer to completion. I found myself asking for updates more than I would’ve liked.

GoogleIn short - exactly what you want from an estate agent. In more detail, we sold a property through Harvey Robinson's St Neots brand in late 2023/early 2024 and received excellent service. We had regular update calls from Sam, Beth or Grant to make sure things were on track along with their portal showing viewing appointments and feedback from the viewers. Overall it was a good experience from a professional team.

I rented a flat through Harvey Robinson’s Huntingdon lettings team and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. When I moved in, the property had several flaws that were never addressed, despite me raising them multiple times in person. The washroom was not cleaned properly and had permanent stains throughout the toilet. We didn’t even use the curtains, yet they are now claiming that the damage was caused by us.

We never needed to call them as they kept us updated with all matters relating to viewings & offers and then later with everything relating to the status of our chain and the conveyancing process. GoogleWe recently sold our house with Harvey Robinson - St Neots branch and they have been FABULOUS. From the outset, meeting Samantha and Beth, whom came to our house in preparation for the sales listing, we knew we would be in excellent hands and be firmly supported throughout the sales process. It felt like a collaboration, and the team took an active sales approach which ultimately led to the timely sale of our house. On the occasions we didn't speak with Samantha or Beth, everyone else were friendly and accommodated to try and help. Of note - I specifically cannot sing the praises of Samantha enough. She was absolutely AMAZING in the ensuing conveyancing process of our sale and onward house purchase and at one point, especially when issues arose, was single-handedly keeping it all together, communicating up and down the chain, and keeping everyone updated. Her replies were prompt despite being very busy given her position, she kept to her word and all in all was an absolute asset to us, the chain and Harvey Robinson - we cannot thank you enough.
