Having sold our property with Harvey Robinson and upsized locally, we would thoroughly recommend the whole team at Harvey Robinson! When we first met Justin for our valuation and viewed a property with Sam within a matter of days, we knew they were friendly, approachable and incredibly hard working and dedicated, so were keen to have them list our house for sale. Weekly updates throughout the selling process were incredibly useful, and the team were incredibly responsive and easy to get hold of despite the selling process taking a little longer than we had hoped. Where Sam and the whole team really came into their own, and completely blew us away, were supporting the whole process after the chain was in place. A couple of sizeable bumps along the road (which in our previous experience buying had very much been up to us to sort) were handled quickly and efficiently by Sam who supported us throughout the process. I would go as far as to say that the chain might have fallen apart, had it not been for Sam's proactive problem solving approach and excellent communication. James Dean at Harvey Robinson is an asset to the company. He is in constant contact talking you through the next steps of purchasing your dream property. Very caring and conscientious about his job and really does put you first. Doesn’t tell any lies which is a real bonus, just straight as they come and that’s the way I like it. A credit to being an estate agent (and Harvery Robinson) he is not one you’ll find at any estate agents. Whether buying through James at Harvey Robinson or selling (which I don’t have experience with) I’m sure he will be 100% professional and more than 100% capable in dealing with it. We have dealt with two other estate agents for houses that fell through, and in each occasion we ended up dealing direct with the vendor because the estate agent was so poor. We had viewed 6 other properties before the one we viewed via Harvey Robinson and non of the estate agents we had dealt with were as friendly or helpful as those at Harvey Robinson. They were always happy to help and I never felt pressured into anything that they offered. Samantha took the lead on my purchase. She was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process.
