Had the pleasure of meeting Sam, the Assistant Branch Manager, yesterday for a valuation. Sam was absolutely lovely and very respectful of our home. She was so professional and gave some really helpful advice. She was very well prepared for the visit and had done lots of research into similar properties for sale which she brought to show us, which was above and beyond the service shown by other agents contacted. When it comes to selling I will definitely be contacting Sam and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending HR St Neots to anybody. I had an overwhelming positive experience with Harvey Robinson in St Neots. They came to see if they could assist with a property I was trying to sell as an executor. The previous agents had been given well over a year to find a viable buyer, with at that stage no positive outcome. I found Grant and his team to be extremely professional and genuinely keen to help me sell the property. They explained things in a straightforward way and without any waffle. I was extremely confident they would find me a buyer at a good price. Unfortunately for Harvey Robinson, the previous agent came up with a buyer who had viewed the property previously and was now in a position to proceed, albeit at a much lower price. However, due to circumstances I had to accept this low offer. I am fully confident had Harvey Robinson been given a shot at marketing they would have been able to achieve an asking price offer, but time wasn't on my side and I had others invested in selling the house. What impressed me so much subsequent to this offer, was Harvey Robinson's continually presence and reassurance had the sale not proceeded (the previous agent had given me two other sales that fell through and various unviable offers, so odds weren't looking great for this one). Grant and his team were fully ready to step in at a moment's notice. Despite knowing I had a buyer they still produced a quality brochure, advised potential buyers and called me regularly to get updates. I felt sure had they achieved a sale, any buyer would have been thoroughly qualified and the sale progressed rigorously. I almost wish I had another house to sell in St Neots to give them a chance to actually earn some commission from me! In the meantime, Grant, Kye and the rest of the team, keep up the good work!!

We offered on a house Harvey Robinson were advertising and Chloe made everything better, from house visit to exchange, with great communication and available. We went to sell our property back in May 2025 and it's since then been one long journey ever since. We opted to not use Harvey Robinson initially so to save some money on the fee. This was a huge mistake, especially as we have sold with them previously. But what this did highlight to us when we signed on after having issues with a cheaper agent was they provided a professional and completely communicated service which no other was able to do provide (and we tried 2 agents over the year). From valuation to contract progress updates, they were commited to get the information we needed. You always hear "estate agents get paid so much to do nothing" but I can honestly say Harvey Robinson St. Neots team are worth every penny. I will always recommend these to be your sale/ purchase agents!

Just wanted to leave a review for Kai, I first had contact with Kai when viewing a new home for me and my family. Kai was great with showing us around and we put an offer in on the back of his viewing. Although the offer fell through Kai has kept in contact with me since and joined me on my journey with finding a new home. I managed to find a new home through a different agency but Kai kept in contact and was rooting for me as the process took over 9 months to complete. He was there for any advice needed and was actually really nice to get his calls each month hoping for the news that we had completed. I’d like to leave a glowing review for Beth at Harvey Robinson, my seller’s estate agent during my house purchase. Although she wasn’t acting as my agent, I actually received more communication and updates from her than from my own estate agent. She was fantastic throughout a very stressful buying process - always prompt to respond by phone and email, and consistently kept me well informed with clear, detailed updates. Her communication was excellent and really helped keep things moving. Beth was also very proactive, regularly chasing me for updates to pass back to her clients and helping to push solicitors when things slowed down.
