GoogleA lot better than most agents out there. From start to finish we were updated by their St Neots branch bi weekly and took most of the stress away. Thank you for a great service.

GoogleHarvey Robinson handled our sale. We were on the market for eighteen months and went through the disappointment of two sales falling through. This was no fault of the agents who displayed tact and patience in the face of some difficult negotiations. We would single out Beth and Grant for praise. At the third attempt, we completed. Sighs of relief all round!
Hi Mr Jeynes, thank you for your review, the whole team were delighted to help get your move completed.

GoogleReview for Danni Kitchener, Sales Negotiator at Harvey Robinson I had the pleasure of viewing two properties today with Danni Kitchener. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and well-prepared. All the necessary information was readily available, and I left each viewing with the right context to make an informed decision. Danni is a real asset to Harvey Robinson, she embodies exactly what you’d hope for in a great sales negotiator. Her approach not only supports potential buyers but also reflects the high standard of service a vendor should expect when selling their property. Thank you, Danni, for a genuinely positive experience.

GoogleWe recently sold our property with Harvey Robinson, and I can’t speak highly enough of Chloe for the incredible service she provided throughout the entire process. From our very first interaction, Chloe was professional, friendly, and completely on the ball. She kept us regularly updated at every stage, was always quick to respond to queries, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, even when unexpected issues cropped up. Her calm and proactive approach helped take a lot of the stress out of selling, and we always felt in very capable hands. Chloe’s knowledge of the local market, her attention to detail, and her dedication to getting the best outcome for us really stood out. We’re so grateful for her support and would wholeheartedly recommend her and the Harvey Robinson team to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area. Thank you Chloe, you’ve been fantastic!

GoogleWant to have your time wasted with buyers that are not viable? Sold our house twice through this ‘agent’ to buyers that couldn’t get mortgages approved. Lost our dream home in the process. To add insult to injury, one of those waste of time buyers just viewed next door! Horrible, dreadful, worst experience trying to sell through HR.

GoogleI have been delighted by the service received from The Harvey Robinson's St. Ives team. From my first inquiry to getting my property on the market, it was smooth sailing. All boxes ticked and then some : Communication, attention to detail, friendliness, professionalism. High level tech made the process very efficient and a down-to-earth touch made it a pleasure. An emphatic recommendation and my gratitude. Update - April 2025 - continued fantastic service. Corinne, Katie, Sophie and the team remarketed my property and it sold within 2 weeks. The process was hassle free, communication was excellent and everyone in the sales team was always on hand to answer any queries. I can't recommend this team highly enough - their attention to detail and professionalism is of a very high standard and they are lovely people to deal with.
Thank you for your kind review Deborah!

I met with Toby today to view property I was interested in and found him and Harvey Robinson to be both professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the property I was viewing and was able to answer my questions. Once I contacted Harvey Robinson to make arrangements about the viewing they were friendly and kept me informed with information about the property. I was very impressed with their standard of professionalism.
