Sophie, Mathew and the team were absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From the start Sophie was very professional and friendly when she came and valued our home, and again when she came to take the photos. We were happy with the price HR advised us to go on the market with and had a flurry of viewings very quickly, within 2 weeks we had accepted an asking price offer. Our buyers made the process unnecessarily difficult and the team were amazing in dealing with them and helping us get our sale complete on the date we planned. We cannot thank them enough for their continued support even post sale! If you’re thinking of using Harvey Robinson Biggleswade, do it, you won’t be disappointed!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Sophie at Harvey Robinson. From the start of our journey in September till completion in February, Sophie has been amazing and helpful. She was so calm and patient throughout. She kept us in the loop as much as she could and didn’t mind when we would call for updates. She is always cheerful when speaking to us, making us feel like we were not being a nuisance. Would highly recommend her when wanting to buy a property.

100% recommend. Buying your first home is daunting and sometimes we were unsure of the process. Sam C looked after us and helped us every step of the way. Sam even updated us before the solicitors had time to update us. Sam helped with issues that might not have been in her job description but still went above and beyond and pointed us in the right direction. Great service! Thank you so much Sam!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

What can I say about Beth and the team at Harvey Robinson's St.Neots branch other than that they are very professional and continued to help push along the purchase of my first home. They kept me informed every step of the way and if I had any questions or queries they advised and answered them straight away without hesitation. Would definitely recommend Beth to anyone I come across wanting to sell, buy or rent. Regards James Cuffe

I dealt with Sam (Samuel) when buying a flat through Harvey Robinson and can't thank him enough for the way he managed the process and kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the purchase. The buying process ended up being very long and at times complex. Sam always kept me informed of everything from his side with a phonecall every week, even if there wasn't much to report. Whenever I had a question and Sam wasn't available, another member of staff was always on hand to help. I was very keen to complete before the stamp duty holiday came to an end (end of September 2021) and when this started to look like it was in doubt (due to problems further down the line) I felt Sam went beyond the call of duty, taking responsibility for the situation and communicating with all the parties to make it happen. I'm very happy in my new home and would recommend Harvey Robinson and Sam in particular for buying or selling a property. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We were buyers of a property that Harvey Robinson had listed. Our unique situation was hampered substantially by the sellers solicitor who had been hacked in November (MHMC) which delayed the sale by weeks. Samantha Coates was brilliant throughout and went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. A credit to your company and would 100% recommend this Estate Agent in St Neots and surrounding areas.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

This was my first-time using Harvey Robinson and it was a really welcomed experience. Justin and his team at St Neots take a very pro-active approach to ensure that the process keeps moving and that the customer is always kept informed. In difficult 'Covid' times where it often seems impossible to get things done, I really felt like a valued customer and was treated as such. Great job HR!

Absolutely fantastic estate agents, this is now the second time we have brought through them. They are incredibly efficient, kind and sincere. No pushing for sales and allow you to move at a pace that suits you. Samuel Haworth has helped us get our forever home and made the process so easy. If your looking at moving or even just wanting a valuation, this is the best estate agent in the area without a doubt.

Harvey Robinson helped me find and buy my house in St Neots before an unexpected move to the US. The lettings department stepped in and managed the property for me for the last five years. They found great tenants and issues were reported and fixed quickly. Finally admitting that I was not going to return anytime soon I asked them to put the house on the market. It sold in three days and they worked hard to keep the sale on track. Communication was excellent even with a five hour time difference between the UK and East Coast of the US.
