GoogleMy wife and I viewed two properties at the weekend and were shown round by Ed Martin. We have subsequently had an offer accepted on a property with another agent but wanted to provide some feedback regarding the viewings provided by Ed. Over the last couple of weekends I have viewed about 13 properties with a number of estate agents in the local area and would say that Ed was one of the best estate agents that we met. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic but also polite, relaxed and engaging. If we look to sell in a few years then I will be seeking out Ed to help
Hi Brendan, a fantastic review of the service you received from Ed - thank you very much! We wish you and your wife the very best of luck with your purchase and if we can assist any further, please don't hesitate to get in contact. Thank you very much once again.

GoogleSophie (Biggleswade branch) was a star! She really helped push our slow solicitors to ensure we exchanged and completed at the earliest possible point. She was always professional, informative, and there to take our calls however stressed we came across! She went above and beyond to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. We couldn't recommend more! Thank you!

Google5* Service, 5* Communication 5* Staff from start to finish. Whilst 2 other well known estate agents locally failed to sell our property, HR did exactly what they said they would do, Use their superior knowledge of the Biggleswade area to get us a sale. All the staff were great, but Sophie is a name that stood out for us time and time again. she never let us down once, and throughout the whole process, we were let down a lot from other third parties. she is an absolute credit to the company and I would have no hesitancy at recommending not just HR, but her to anyone. she clearly cares about the job at hand and constantly makes you feel like you are the only client she has to deal with. I cannot thank Sophie enough for the service she provided, We would not be where we are now without her. the best.
Hi Aaron, Thank you very much for your 5 star review and the kind words about Sophie. It has been a long process for you both but we are so pleased we were able to help you with your move! GoogleHarvey Robinson in Biggleswade were brilliant. We dealt with Megan, Sophie and Matt and all 3 were wonderful. Kept in constant contact, were able to explain everything to us and answer every question, nothing seemed too much trouble! Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to anyone looking to sell!! Thank you!!

GoogleMassive thank you to Sophie for holding my hand throughout this process. As a first time buyer it can be exciting but daunting at the same time as you don’t know what to expect but she made me feel at ease, kept me informed and went above a beyond especially as we faced some hurdles along the way out, that were out of our control! Overall great service and I would highly recommend using Harvey Robinson!

GoogleSophie was a fantastic support to us throughout the purchase of our first home. From showing us lots of houses to give us an idea of the area to chasing various parties to ensure our purchase completed before our mortgage offer expired, Sophie has been a huge help. Highly recommend if you’re buying in Biggleswade.
Hi Danielle, Thank you very much for your review, we are delighted to hear you were happy with the service from the team, especially Sophie. We wish you all the happiness in your first home. Should you need anything from us in the future, we would be more than happy to help.

GoogleMy husband & I can't express enough how incredible our experience was with Harvey Robinson. We tried to sell with another estate agents before COVID hit and we just felt like we were put on the backburner to be forgotten about. Our property was a flat which are always a bit more challenging to sell but Harvey Robinson was extremely pro-active in seeking out every opportunity for us to sell our place. We had a NIGHTMARE with our solicitors and Sophie was incredible with getting updates for us even though it wasn't Harvey Robinson's fault. There was never a single day where I felt the service from Sophie was lacking, and even when she was off the rest of the team were picking up her work effortlessly as though they'd been involved from the start. We bought our next property without an estate agent as it was a new build but because we used the recommended solicitors, Sophie extended her assistance to help us move things along with the solicitor. They had no responsibility to help us with our onward purchase, but chose to anyway. Sophie was always happy to help and never forgot about us. I will be honest in admitting how sceptical I was in the validity of the 5 star reviews they boast but having chosen them we can see exactly how they earned all of those reviews. These guys work so damn hard, they truly don't deserve anything less than 5 star reviews. We would 100000% be happy to do business with them again. Biggleswade is so lucky to have them around, and it's no wonder there are so many sold Harvey Robinson signs around town!
Hi Christina, Thank you so much for the lovely review. We are delighted that you were happy with the service from our team, especially Sophie. It has been a long process for you but we are glad you are finally in your new home and we wish you all the best in the future. If you ever need anything from us feel free to get in contact, we would be more than happy to help.

GoogleI requested a valuation on my home as I wasn’t sure whether to sell or not, Matthew from Biggleswade attended my home, firstly he was so polite and very helpful. I explained I wasn’t sure whether to sell or obtain a new mortgage. He valued my home at a very good price but directed me to their local mortgage broker who contacted me straight away and now I’m lucky enough to stay in my home with a very good new mortgage offer. Thank you so much. When I am ready to sell I will only be going through HR.
Hi Miss Teagle, Thank you very much for the review of the service that you received. We wish you well for the future and we will be delighted to assist you further as and when you are ready to sell.

GoogleI do not have the right words to describe the support and the service we received from Harvey Robinson Estate Agents. Simply put, they are one of the best agencies in the country. We received nothing but first class services from Harvey Robinson Estate Agents from the very first call to register interest in the property. They were very professional and efficient. I was very humbled by the role and support Harvey Robinson Agencies played to save the chain. They would go far and beyond guiding us step by step. Few things I appreciated the most, were regular updates and their efficiency. They also have lovely staff members who are so caring and organised. I highly recommend Harvey Robinson Estate Agents.
Hi Puregrace, Thank you so very much for your amazing review of the service you received from the team. We are delighted that you have found the perfect home for you and your family. If we can help you out in any way in the future, please feel free to get in touch.

GoogleHarvey Robinson Biggleswade were extremely helpful and very professional. I had originally signed up with another agent but had to change due to their less than stellar performance. In particular I'd like to thank Mathew for his help in getting my sale completed, given the two main issues that existed during the process. I also want to thank him for his extra effort in looking out for the property when it was vacant for an extended period of time. Importantly all communications and updates were timely, clear and relevant which made the whole selling process a lot less stressful than it could have been. Highly recommended.
Hi John, Thank you very much for the review of the service that you received, we are delighted that you were happy with it. If we can be of any further assistance to you in the future, please don't hesitate to get in contact.

GoogleAmazing service - highly competent and very effective. Having sacked our original agents (who had made zero progress with selling our house in three months) Sophie and the team at Harvey Robinson managed to get an asking price offer within 48 hours of us instructing then. They were proactive and professional through a very challenging conveyancing process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Thank you very much for your five star review, we are delighted to hear you were happy with our service. It was our pleasure acting for you and we wish you and the family all the best in the future.
