My experience purchasing my first home with Harvey Robinson, St. Neots, has been absolutely superb. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful, with a special mention to Samuel in particular who went above and beyond to help make the process as smooth as possible. Nearing completion the solicitor imposed some complications, however Samuel couldn’t have done more to chase them up on my behalf and help push through the purchase as soon as possible. As promised, Samuel phoned every two weeks without fail from the moment my offer was accepted, providing me with updates on the sale status and documents I should expect to receive. During the final few weeks of the process, Samuel phoned whenever there was an update and made me feel reassured everything was under control. Whenever I had questions I always received a helpful response from the Harvey Robinson team, whether by phone or by email and in a timely manner. Whenever Samuel was unavailable, Samantha was equally as helpful and was also well informed when showing me around the property. Whilst 2 other well known estate agents locally failed to sell our property, HR did exactly what they said they would do, Use their superior knowledge of the Biggleswade area to get us a sale. All the staff were great, but Sophie is a name that stood out for us time and time again. she never let us down once, and throughout the whole process, we were let down a lot from other third parties. she is an absolute credit to the company and I would have no hesitancy at recommending not just HR, but her to anyone. she clearly cares about the job at hand and constantly makes you feel like you are the only client she has to deal with. I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Harvey Robinson in St Ives as a prospective buyer. Right from the initial enquiry they were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. My viewing went very smoothly, Katie was waiting for me when I arrived and she very obviously understood the property that I was viewing and was able to quickly deal with my questions and explain things as needed. After the viewing the additional questions that I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Sophie who got me the answers that I needed. When buying houses it's easy to forget that the buyer is not the agent's customer and some agents that I have dealt with have made this apparent in the way that they deal with buyers. This was definitely not my experience here and I felt that I was as important in the sales process as the seller. If you are thinking of listing with Harvey Robinson then I would not hesitate to recommend them based on how they will treat your prospective buyers, I know that if I have a property to sell again in the future I will be giving them a call.
