GoogleWe engaged two Estate agents to sell our house. Harvey Robinson easily out performed the other agent. Sophie and her team at St ives arranged twice as many viewings and did so in a very efficient way. We received feedback on viewings promptly on the same day. The service was friendly and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleOver the course of several months in 2022, my partner and I were in close contact with Sophie at Harvey Robinson in St Ives as we purchased a house in the area. Sophie was supportive, informative and easy to liaise with throughout. We were kept up to date with regular phone calls and emails from Sophie, and we were able to get Sophie or one of her colleagues on the phone when we needed to share information from our side. We highly recommend working with Harvey Robinson, and Sophie in particular when considering buying or selling a property.

GoogleWe completed on our house sale today and like the other reviewers we were very satisfied with the service provided by Harvey Robinson. We had fortnightly updates and never had to chase for any information. They were respectful of our timelines and reassuring throughout. There was an online portal where all viewings were logged and all feedback entered promptly after the viewings. We first had our valuation more than 2 years ago but various delays meant we could not sell until later in 2022 - the team checked in every 6 months to see how things had progressed with our circumstances and eventually it paid off! We did invite other local estate agents to provide a valuation but were most impressed by Katie at Harvey Robinson as she presented a very logical and evidence based explanation as to how they would market our house and what the asking price should be. In conclusion I would highly recommend Harvey Robinson. Thanks team.

GoogleBeing first time buyers negotiating the labyrinth that is buying house can be very stressful. The team at Harvey Robinson were by far the most friendly of any of the estate agents we have dealt with. Several other estate agents in this area could learn a thing or two from them when it comes to politeness and being helpful. Sophie and Katie deserve a special mention. They were professional, helpful and had prompt answers to our questions. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleMy experience with Harvey Robinson is a 5 star award! Everything has gone well and smooth! From the advertisement until we sold the house and again now they are still calling to see if I am happy and settled. They are always there to help and follow you. Katie, which followed my sale, has been exceptional and amazing. She was often calling and mailing my lazy solicitors, pushing them to make the process quicker, sometimes suggesting them what to do. She was constantly updating me on where the process was and which the following step would have been. Also Sophie has been very helpful and patient taking pictures of the house. I am very happy with Harvey Robinson, they let me choose the price I wanted for the sale, they let us to retake the pictures of the house as many times as we wished. The advertisement was very well made. I used them twice, I bought from them 5 yers ago, and I would definitely use them again if I need in the future.

GoogleWe instructed Harvey Robinson in St Ives to help us with selling my late father in Law’s property. From the off they were helpful, informative and supportive. They were very quick to have the property ready to go market once we had the house photo ready. The whole team helped us at different stages of the process, but we mostly worked with Katie who was amazing throughout once we had agreed a sale. She kept us updated fortnightly on the progress of the sale and it went through incredibly smoothly because of her assistance with solicitors. We would use them again and recommend to anyone who is looking to sell!

GoogleWhen I walked into the St Ives office I was greeted so professionally by Katie. The excellent service never faltered. Grant kept me informed throughout the selling process by regular phone calls. Nothing was too much trouble and when I did have a query he was always happy to listen and explain and give me an answer. My house sold very quickly but unfortunately due to the purchasers buyers the process was quite lengthy so the updates from Grant were really paramount! Over the years I have bought and sold various properties and can honestly say that the whole team at the St Ives office is the most professional and friendly I have ever known. Can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleThe whole team at Harvey Robinson have been absolutely brilliant. The sale of our mother's house after her death was very problematic but Katie and her colleagues handled the situation with great sensitivity and professionalism at all times. The path towards successful completion was not easy but Katie spent hours chasing our purchasers, hounding solicitors on all sides, searching for solutions to problems and ensuring that the sale was progressed as quickly as possible. The team went above and beyond by making regular visits to an empty property to ensue all was well. Updates were thorough and regular, ensuring we were kept regularly informed. When things did get tough, Katie set out a range of options for us along with her recommendations for action, and her advice was always spot on. We were delighted with the service we received from Katie and her colleagues - well worth every penny of the fee we paid
