GoogleWe purchased a property in early 2023 through Harvey Robinson, St Ives and found Grant McNicoll to be helpful, friendly and a first class communicator. From the beginning we sensed that the vendors may have been "challenging" but Grant kept things moving and made regular contact with us to ensure that the sale progressed smoothly. Without his highly professional approach we may never have completed. We would wholeheartedly recommend the services of Grant McNicoll of Harvey Robinson St Ives Office to both buyers and sellers in the area.

Due to a change in circumstances we didn't put the house on the market, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harvey Robinson's based on the interactions we had.

Hi Rowan. We are disappointed to receive your review and would find it helpful if you could provide a detailed explanation as to your reason for leaving only 1 star. From our point of view, we feel that this is an unfair review given that our team managed to market your home and receive an above asking price offer in less than 4 weeks. We are aware that you unfortunately missed out on the property you wished to purchase through us due to the owners deciding to accept a higher offer, however this does not feel like a good reason to leave our hardworking team a 1 star review and we hope that customers reading our reviews will recognise that this is the only 1 star review we have received in almost 4 years and is not a true reflection of the high level of customer service that we provide.
