We recently sold our house with Harvey Robinson - St Neots branch and they have been FABULOUS. From the outset, meeting Samantha and Beth, whom came to our house in preparation for the sales listing, we knew we would be in excellent hands and be firmly supported throughout the sales process. It felt like a collaboration, and the team took an active sales approach which ultimately led to the timely sale of our house. On the occasions we didn't speak with Samantha or Beth, everyone else were friendly and accommodated to try and help. Of note - I specifically cannot sing the praises of Samantha enough. She was absolutely AMAZING in the ensuing conveyancing process of our sale and onward house purchase and at one point, especially when issues arose, was single-handedly keeping it all together, communicating up and down the chain, and keeping everyone updated. Her replies were prompt despite being very busy given her position, she kept to her word and all in all was an absolute asset to us, the chain and Harvey Robinson - we cannot thank you enough.
