GoogleCould have given 100 stars but it had only 5 :) - My experience with Harvey Robinson(Sophie and Sam) was exceptional, especially considering that this was my first property purchase, and I am relatively new to the country. Prior to finding them, the process of searching for a home and understanding what steps to take was quite a nightmare. However, Harvey Robinson made the entire journey stress-free and enjoyable. They exhibited the utmost professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me. It's worth noting that they stepped out of their comfort zone to cater to my unique situation. Their network of solicitors and mortgage advisers proved invaluable support, turning a once stressful process into a genuinely pleasant experience. From the beginning to the end of my home-buying journey, I couldn't be happier. A special shoutout to Sophie for her exceptional support, even taking on the responsibility of chasing people on my behalf when I was unavailable. In just around two months, I managed to find the perfect property, secure my mortgage and sort out my conveyancing, and even take a 25-day vacation abroad, all while still receiving my keys on the agreed-upon date. Thank you so much Sophie, you are the best. Without a doubt, I will return to Harvey Robinson for my future homes. GoogleFrom the first meeting for valuation, Harvey Robinson showed great concern to understand our needs and tailored their marketing accordingly. Communication was undertaken by Beth who provided a full comprehensive service calling regularly to update us and was at the end of the phone whenever we needed her. Emails and queries were always responded to promptly and followed up. The experience of moving house became so much easier with the support provided by Beth and the team at Harvey Robinson. We were blown away by the effort and work put in to achieving our sale.

What a mickey mouse operation, these agents couldn't navigate their way out of a paper bag, let alone navigate their way through the complexities of a property transaction. DO NOT USE their recommended solicitors, absolutely appalling and Harvey Robinson couldn't even get in contact with them on the day of completion, what a joke!
