GoogleWe saw 2 properties with Charlie-Mai in Biggleswade and she may be the best property agent we have ever dealt with. What a refreshing change from the agents who follow you around offering insights like ‘this is the kitchen’! She was bright, friendly and very accommodating with great communication. She asked intelligent questions about our situation and then offered suggestions for how the properties could suit our needs. She also listened to any reservations we had and was able to suggest potential solutions. She had an excellent knowledge of the properties she was representing, the area and the market. As you can tell I was very impressed.

GoogleIt was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Harvey Robinson, specifically Grant, Sam and Beth. We unfortunately couldn’t find a place through them however Grant really went above and beyond for us through a complex situation. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place in St Neots to give them a call.

GoogleWe used Harvey Robinson for our house sale in 2023/24. All of the team members we dealt with were really helpful, and the service provided was superb. Megan was our main point-of-contact and she was excellent throughout. We received instant feedback after every single viewing which was so useful, and we were kept informed throughout with fortnightly updates. We would definitely use Harvey Robinson again and would have no hesitation recommending them.

GoogleBeth in the St Neots office was representing our vendors estate agents and she has been absolutely brilliant! Communication through Beth has surpassed any other communication from our estate agents or dealing with solicitors even. She went above and beyond for us and passed on every query we had and always took ownership of any task. If we ever look at selling our new property in the future, she'll be the only one we want selling our property. I cannot recommend Beth highly enough and her college, Grant, was brilliant at chasing up people on her behalf when she was out of the office. You will NOT be disappointed. It felt as though she was our estate agent too.
