GoogleIn short - exactly what you want from an estate agent. In more detail, we sold a property through Harvey Robinson's St Neots brand in late 2023/early 2024 and received excellent service. We had regular update calls from Sam, Beth or Grant to make sure things were on track along with their portal showing viewing appointments and feedback from the viewers. Overall it was a good experience from a professional team.

GoogleWe recently purchased our first home and the team at Harvey Robinson in St Ives were amazing and honestly the best estate agents we dealt with in our house search! When viewing, they knew the answers to 99% of our questions, and if not, they were so quick to ask the vendor and get back to us. We were able to arrange additional viewings when needed and Corrinne and Katie made the whole process so much easier! We are so grateful, thank you!

GoogleWe can’t recommend Charlie enough at Harvey Robinson Biggleswade. We are first time buyers and Charlie made the viewing process so easy! Charlie took time to learn what me and my partner were looking for and suggested lots of properties. Charlie also gave so much time to us and never seemed like anything was a trouble especially when trying to get viewings at tricky times. GoogleWe chose Harvey Robinson St Neots to market our property back in August 2023, primarily because Beth from the office had been extremely diligent and pro active in contacting us on a regular basis when we began searching for a property. We have dealt with Grant, Sam and Beth and we have found them to be courteous, professional and approachable at all times. Sam produced a comprehensive range of beautiful photographs and within a matter of days, they had introduced our buyers to the property. We have now exchanged contracts and will be moving at the end of next week (extended time taken due to family illness at the end of last year). Throughout the process, Grant has kept us updated by both email and phone and has always responded promptly when we have needed to get in contact. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Robinson St Neots to anyone intending to sell their house in the area.

GoogleAn excellent agent - I would have no hesitation to recommend Harvey Robinson to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. I used Harvey Robinson for a house sale during 2023 / 2024 and can honestly say that they were fantastic. They were really well informed on the local market, were thorough and detailed in their approach to marketing and the communication throughout was brilliant. I was informed of every viewing and received insightful feedback straight after that could be used to assess if the approach to the market was working. Everyone involved (buyers, seller and both Solicitors) also received regular phone calls to discuss what was happening and any outstanding actions requiring attention. Megan was my lead contact and she was outstanding - I was selling remotely and Megan definitely went above and beyond to make the sale happen as well as make it as easy as possible for me. Katie, the Branch Manager was also fantastic in the support and insight provided. This is really how you want all customer facing businesses to be - an absolute pleasure to work with them and I wish other companies would take a leaf out of their book.

GoogleWe have had such a good experience with Harvey Robinson in St Neots that I feel it’s only right to leave an excellent review. The staff all communicated clearly and frequently with us and each other. It was so nice to be able to speak to one person knowing that they would be aware of developments. The company has evidently invested in an IT system that works because we always received clear notifications of events by email, so we always knew exactly where we stood in the process. Throughout the ups and downs of our own particular buying and selling saga, they supported us and were always honest, open and helpful.

GoogleKatie and her team at the St. Ives branch excelled themselves with what was a difficult sale in a currently very unstable housing market. At all levels they are consumate professionals. They were excellent at finding suitable purchasers for my property and Megan' s post STC management and negotiation skills are outstanding. I felt confident I was fully, timely and honestly appraised of the situation up and down the chain. I would not hesitate in recommending Harvey Robinson St. Ives branch to either sell or purchase through.

GoogleWe recently bought a property in Somersham through Harvey Robinson Estate agents in St. Ives. I cannot recommend the service we had more highly. The whole process was very professional but also it felt very personal to myself and my partner Ian. Megan was our main correspondent and she could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was particularly impressed with the regular phone calls to keep us informed of how the purchase was going. By far the best Estate agent I have ever dealt with over numerous properties that I have bought and sold over many years. Many thanks to the whole team, but particularly Megan.
