Both Emma and Amber were both pro-active and were extremely pleasant to deal with. They found me a lovely property in a short timescale as my current landlady was being very unsympathetic towards me. GoogleThe Epsom branch are arguably the worst estate agents ever!Avoid at all costs! Kept us waiting for over a year - yes, over a year! Very little communication, I had to constantly chase. So many lies, especially by Christine Temple! Her manager, Leon Stone, was not much better. Far better estate agents out there where the client really matters. To Hamptons, you're just a number and hopefully a quick sale. No customer care whatsoever! Not even the courtesy, after more than a year to let us know the house is off the market! Pathetic agents who give estate agents a bad name! Awful, absolutely awful! Please avoid them!NegativeQuality
