GoogleIf possible I would give minus stars! I rented a property for 4 years and initially I had no problem with them until the landlord wanted a 50% rent increase and I was issued with a section 21. From then on it was continuous calls and emails asking when I was leaving the property. Left me on the verge of a breakdown and had absolutely no compassion. 2 months on after leaving the property , in better condition than when I moved in, I'm still fighting for my deposit as they are claiming for everything under the sun. Daniel featherstone has been completely unprofessional throughout, ignoring emails and with a 'my bad' attitude ( his exact words) when I eventually managed to speak to him on the phone. Avoid this joke of a letting agents at all costs!

GoogleFound ourselves in a horrible dilemma, the property we where due to rent was filled without notifying us or Benson and Hall, leaving us with a handful of days to find a new property and get ourselves and our little ones into. Hayley and the staff at the Allestree went above and beyond to help us and within a day had found us a perfect place to call home. I could not recommend them enough.
