GoogleI experienced horrible customer service with this company as a paying and polite tenant. They were rude and unhelpful when the landlord stopped communicating with me. I finally had to leave and even when I urgently needed a reference to get a new flat, they flatly repeated that it takes a week to process over and over again.

GoogleI have not in all my life dealt with anyone as rude and and entitled as Olivia. She is vicious and mean and definitely put me off doing business with Hair and Son. Awful.

FacebookWe have just purchased our first freehold property. After having some trouble with the length of time on our sale we found our property for sale with Hair and Son. We dealt with Emily, Claire and Carl. Could not fault the service or communications. Turned the sale round very quickly. Would highly recommend as an Estate Agent. Well done!

GoogleWe are very happy with our experience of Hair and Son. Peter has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. I have been able to revisit the property prior to moving in to measure up, and any property maintenance requests have been addressed straight away. There were timely responses to our bombardment of questions and requests also. Over all we are very satisfied with the quality of service we have recieved at Hair and Son Rayleigh.

GoogleThankful to Peter, Hair and Son and the landlord for recognising the merit in a potential tenant rather than the so called social status of an individual. The current unaffordable private housing sector can be an impossibility for some people and Hair and Son have given some hope to me and I hope to others in a similar situation. I have private rented for 20 years and have never met a more helpful and sincere team, nothing but praise to Peter for the support. Please continue with the positive attitude and awareness of the reasons which make it so hard for low income families to live in adequate housing. Kind Regards

GoogleWe cannot fault the service we received from Olivia and the leasing team at London Road branch of Hair & Son while renting our property. They were always prompt and faultless with their service. The only reason for 4 stars is purely their accounting team let them down with lack of communications and difficult to understand invoicing.

From the valuation, booking viewers to the sale of the property. I purchased my next property through them and the same service applied to the purchase as well as the sale. I couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleI have rented a flat for the past 10yrs and I have to say that I have always found Hairs to be efficient, helpful and the staff friendly with whatever I have ever had to be in touch with them for. Repairs are dealt with quickly and resolved in the shortest time possible. Mr Robin Lintern, the Residential Property Manager who visits twice yearly is very helpful in all matters and if it is in his power always strives to sort the problem etc., out. He and the other staff in my opinion deserve thanks in all they do. I certainly recommend Hairs and I personally would not hesitate in letting anyone interested in wanting the services of an estate agent etc, to visit Hairs. I don't think you will be disappointed in their services. >

The response to our offer was swift and they were helpful with arranging further viewings and access to the house. I would recommend Hair & Son above any other estate agent of my experience.
