FacebookSimon Smith Account Manager is probably the most rudest man I have ever spoken to ... when I asked him to explain service charges on our account and statement, he refused to, when I asked to have a meeting with him he refused to. Will only communicate via email, he has no interest in his clients or any customer service skills, just wants your money with no explanation . Have never been spoken to in such an awful manner, no business ethics or etiquette. Shameful and disgraceful.

GoogleMy daughter and I viewed a property to rent in Southend and were met by Ben Zammit, an estate agent for Hair and Son, who showed us around the property. He was totally professional, polite, patient and his outstanding customer service skills were impressive. We had a bad experience with another estate agents so were not only happy with his service but on visiting the estate agent on the London Road, in Southend, we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the whole teams approachable, friendly high level of customer service. I would highly recommend going through Hair and Son to rent or purchase a property. Thank you Ben for making the whole process a relaxed, reliable and efficient experience. 5 stars from us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GoogleNever Have I encountered a more inept company, with No morals or Ethics, My 85yr old Mother lives in their Highlands Crt Development, is now in isolation, Has had 10 visits in the last 2 months, because of having no Heating or Hot water, a boiler fault, again the boiler has gone wrong, it's a Saturday and they have no out of hours phone line, this company is a joke and about 30 years behind everyone else, PLEASE never rent or buy from them, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

GoogleVery friendly and helpful. Made time for us to view again and measure up before moving so we could order sofas and table and chairs ready for the move and know they would fit. Helped us fill out paper work that needed doing and just took a lot of stress out of the move. 10 out of 10 to Peter

GoogleComplete lack of trust in this estate agent. High stress levels, low morals and non existent communication sum them up... Incorrect information on pricing when viewing and when trying to buy a property, next to no communication on our offers and had to keep making phone calls as never received hardly any information so had to keep chasing them. To make matters even worse asked to be kept informed of other offers near ours which had not been accepted after weeks of absence of phone calls/mis-information when negotiating which they agreed to and they then sold it next week to someone else at a very close offer to ours!!! Unbelievable behaviour and service. Hair and Son Thorpe bay you really need to look at your operations and how you conduct your business.. Not that it really matters to you as you quite clearly don’t care about anyone else but I will never buy/sell or rent a property associated with yourself in the future and wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy! Absolute shambles!

Jamie was very proactive and did his best to make our deal smooth and hassle free. Jamie your are a wonderful person with excellent communication skills and extremely helpful attitude.
