GoogleHair & Sons were the estate agent we purchased our new house through, they have been very helpful throughout the whole process and I couldn't recommend them more, they were always on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way, in particular Lorraine who was fantastic! Would recommend to anyone, definitely 5 stars!

FacebookClaire Wheeler and Emily Read were extremely helpful and supportive all the way through, and kept things moving along. The collapse of a previous purchase had left me disillusioned with the whole process, but unlike other agents who are all talk and no action, Emily and Claire were very proactive in helping us. Highly recommended.

GoogleThey'll play ball until they get whatever they want from you, and then they'll start threatening you to get their way. My experience with Olivia is awful and it looks like I'm not the only one from the reviews. Organised mob - you would do yourself a huge disservice doing any sort of business with them.

GoogleI experienced horrible customer service with this company as a paying and polite tenant. They were rude and unhelpful when the landlord stopped communicating with me. I finally had to leave and even when I urgently needed a reference to get a new flat, they flatly repeated that it takes a week to process over and over again.

GoogleI have not in all my life dealt with anyone as rude and and entitled as Olivia. She is vicious and mean and definitely put me off doing business with Hair and Son. Awful.

She helped everything progress as smoothly as possible and helped us to secure our dream home, while quickly selling our existing home. GooglePut my house on the market with Hair & Son in late December 2019. After nine months and three attempts, the sale was completed in late September 2020. This was due in most part to the tireless work of Lorraine and Adrian, their endless patience, and their great professionalism during the long and difficult period. Many many thanks for a job well done !

Any problems or technical issues, they would find the the appropriate expertise to sort them out very quickly and effectively. GoogleThe support I received from the agency in general was outstanding. A lady by name Lorraine was SUPERB. She was always cheerfully willingly to render assistance with whatever I needed including sign-posting me to other services whom she trusted when required. The communication was very prompt despite the pandemic climate and its crisis. I received prompt responses to my queries both via email and telephone contact. I will recommend this agency to anyone anytime.
