GoogleThe management is terrible I am a landlord of a flat and after communicating with them I have received a money claims court process. Do not recommend them and the service of management.

FacebookI live next door to a property managed or owned by Hair. The house has been empty and abandoned for over 6 months. Some weeks ago during stormy weather the down pipe from the roof came down meaning that rainfall floods outside my kitchen door.. I have rung Hair to report this. Their responses have been, staff absences due to COVID, waiting for estimates, with our maintenance team. My email is ignored. With such appalling customer service I would never trust them in Sales or Letting.

FacebookAbsolutely useless company. Happy to take and charge fees but hopeless when you need something from them. Our buyers solicitor required a management pack from them and they charged us £270. Disgusting.
