GoogleMy experience buying my first home with Hair and Son was a positive experience. I viewed the flat I bought and Claire who showed me around was so helpful. I was given a plan of the flat and all the information I needed in regards to the costs, process or applying for a mortgage and help to buy.
Claire was always very professional and helpful at all times, always getting back to me very promptly and answering my 100 questions I had. I was even able to go back to the property as many times as I needed and even after buying the property Claire arranged viewings for me to measure up.
An outstanding services provided which made the whole process smooth and stress free. Thanks Claire I appreciate all your support through out.

GoogleProperty management is disgusting, they do not accommodate for more than one car within the moat rise development. Therefore, working families and visitors are unable to park and if they do they are thretened with fines!
They are rude and very aggressive on the phone and one man involved in property management which lives within the development, peers in your windows, which I find extremely disturbing!
They also make agreements to put in enforcements without arranging meetings with current tenants, which is disgraceful and should not be happening. They only allow those that are part of the committee to be involved in the decisions made within the moat rise development.
If enforcements were going to put in place, we should all sit down within a meeting and disgus our concerns regarding issues raised regarding parking; allowing all to voice their concerns. It should not just be something available to those that own the properties those within the committee.
We all pay money to Rona within our rent as part of the property maintenance therefore we should all be able to have the opportunity to conclude a decision regarding what happens to the development.
