GoogleHair and Sons at Thorpe Bay - what a fantastic service they have provided. We recently moved into our new home and found Richard, Sam and team extremely helpful and accommodating. They gave excellent advice when required and their service was prompt, reliable and polite at all times. Thanks again.

GoogleStrange lot really. I called regarding an issue with the property I stay in and got transferred over to some person called Charlie who repeatedly farted down the phone at me. They were huge, long and powerful farts too. My ears were ringing for days after.
I'm sorry Mr Awanker but we cannot find any note of you in our system and would be very grateful if you could please make contact to clarify your complaint. Thank you.

FacebookVery friendly, energetic and competent. They were there, giving good advice, when things got difficult; the sale would not have happened without Richard's integrity and influence on both parties. Recommended.
Thank you. Much appreciated! Richard

FacebookNo viewings in three weeks, no updates, used snail mail instead of email - to wrong address, and, finally, wrong key returned. Moved eleven times in 30 years around Southend area - worst agent yet...

FacebookRichard and his Thorpe Bay team were marvellous. I was selling my mothers Bungalow and live 2 hours away but they helped me every step of the way. They took the stress out of selling for me and really earned their fee. I am selling my own house and wish I could find such a team near me but I think that is impossible.

FacebookWe bought our new property on the 2nd November via Hair & Son auction & dealt with Rob who was extremely helpful & we would have no hesitation in recommending family & friends to use Hair & Son/Rona as the service has been 10/10. I recently sold via Rona Rayleigh part of the Hair team & they have gone above & beyond the service I would expect, very helpful, friendly & professional
