GoogleThe most awful agency I have ever dealt with. Very arrogant, almost agressive behavior from Sean especially who basically kicked my partner out from their agency when he realised he wasnt honest with us. Booked the second viewing for 3 properties with them and came all the way down just to be lied that 3 properties all gone suddenly. Some unexplained personal reasons from their side -a total mystery, unless they were lazy to go to do the viewing again or didn't like us from previous time. Was told no viewings as all properties off the market, but actually offered a viewing to new clients when called up. Extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant experience in a whole. Only valuable member of the team is Luke.

GoogleHair and son are the prime example of today's estate agents. They lied about the mold being removed and the flat having central heating. The flat I moved into had storage heaters. After 2 months of living there mold started appear despite being told it had been delt with, I later discovered this was just a coat of paint. I asked for a dehumidifier to help with the mold and was told no and to keep my windows open 24/7 through winter to deal with it. During this time I had a leak that flooded my lounge and kitchen. It took them 3 days to send out an plumber to stop the leak and another 2 days to fix it. In which time I had no water. When it came time to renew the insisted on making me paying fees again and promising me that I would get a dehumidifier. I should have got this in writing as it turns out yet again they lied and they refused to lend me in for the winter. I would recommend walking away from any flat or house they manage and if your a landlord not touching these people with a 10 foot barge pole.

GoogleI have been a customer of hair and son for a year now. Anytime I have had to call them to deal with them I have been met with hostility and rudeness as well as an unwillingness to help in any way shape or form. The staff are incompetent rude and unhelpful. Today was the final straw. When I called with a query about a discrepancy I was told "if you don't like it go elsewhere"

GooglePoor service, iv been ringing since past 1 week for a viewing but every time i ring im either transferred to a voice mail or i be put on hold for at least 30 minutes and still no answer, so i have to hang up after getting fed up of waiting..

GoogleI have never come across a company that is as unprofessional and rude and tells so many lies as hair and son letting department. They tell lies to cover lies, accused me of being a liar, raise their voice and use a very aggressive tone on the phone then hang up. This was not just speaking with one member of staff, but three different members of staff. An extremely unpleasant experience. Avoid avoid avoid.

GoogleI have to say I am very disappointed, once they have your business they do not care about you and are extremely rude. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Find some one else there are other great establishments in the area.

Viewings were always advised, we were kept updated at all times and with the help of our Solicitors everything was completed within 3 weeks. Highly recommend this family firm for their professionalism and efficiency. Their actions made my life a lot easier.

They have kept us up to date and have been prompt to provide feedback from viewings. We also attended a viewing for another house with Paul and found him knowledgeable and approachable. Based on our experience so far we would be happy to recommend them.

Smooth transition, kept up to date with all arrangements and all calls returned...even at 7am on a Sunday Morning much to our delight. Richard and Maya were exceptional throughout.
