We initially made contact with William Whitelock in June 2023. We had 4 estate agents value the property and then put the property on the market with 1 of the 4 estate agents. Long story short we had the property on the market with 2 other estate agents before asking Gregory Brown to sell the property for us. The UK housing market was up and down and we had a couple of offers less than what we hoped to achieve. The process with Tom Elliott in Gregory Brown has been seamless. Tom went above and beyond assisting us, Following up with various things on our behalf. My sister and I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. At the end of the process we actually achieved more than the original valuation. Many thanks to Tom and team in Gregory Brown Estate Agents, Staines from 2 happy sellers.

I highly recommend Gregory brown, I bought and sold with them and found them very helpful with any queries I had , all staff were friendly and not at all pushy like many estate agents, they never pressured me to keep lowering the price, I would definitely use again in the future.

Will Whitelock at Gregory Brown just helped me through the long and complicated process of selling my late mum's flat - which had many inherent problems including a very short lease - and he was absolutely excellent throughout. Never pushy, always helpful, recommending courses of action and people who could assist with different parts of the process - his contribution was beyond invaluable and much appreciated!

We sold our house with Gregory Brown Staines. From start to finish they provided an excellent friendly and professional service. They found a buyer within a week of the house going on the market which of course we were very pleased with. We would recommend Gregory Brown Agency to everyone.

The entire process was smooth and efficient, thanks to whole team at Gregory Brown, They provided valuable advice on how to prepare my home for sale, set a competitive price, and effectively marketed the property to attract a wide range of potential buyers. Would use again! Thank you.

I bought a house that was listed with Gregory brown. What I really liked about them is as soon as we put in an offer and it was accepted the house was listed as “sold”. Lots of other estate agents keep properties listed as “for sale” until after the survey which leads to people being gazumped. I liked the morals of Gregory brown and they were pleasant and helpful along the way and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed, complete lack of care for their customers, with no call back when promised. Despite being told a specific property was not available, I had to contact them multiple times to find out about other options, these people are complete waste of time. The team is useless with no motivation to help customers find suitable properties. I strongly advise others to avoid this estate agent at all costs, as they do not prioritize the needs and concerns of their clients. It's unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour that should not be tolerated in the real estate industry.
