GoogleReally happy with the service we received. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We were kept updated and Harry was always quick to respond when we had questions. We had lots of viewings and sold quickly. We would definitely recommend Gregory Brown!

GoogleI’d caution anyone considering Gregory Brown / Octagon Lettings (same agency, different names). During the rental search, they operate under “Gregory brown" but once you're in, it becomes clear the service drops significantly. They’re very responsive before you take the property, but after that, it’s hard to get basic issues addressed. The worst part comes when you move out, unreasonable fees, last-minute charges, and poor communication. I’ve heard similar complaints from other tenants as well. Very disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend unless things improve significantly.

GoogleGregory Brown lettings have been amazing throughout the seven years I’ve done business with them. I’ve used a few other local companies previously that really weren’t a patch on Gregory Brown for customer service and most importantly “no hidden fees”! If I have a problem or query, Jeremy and the team are always there to give me expert advice. Invoices are always very prompt and straightforward. With regards to tradesmen, the service has always been top speed and prices very fair. I can’t recommend this company enough.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of looking at a property with these. We had had a stressful day and luckily for us, Elliot Leeds was on hand to help. He managed to get us a viewing, the same day as our visit. When we looked at the property, we explained the issues we were having regarding location. Amazingly, he gave us an honest opinion. Any question we asked, he answered unbiasedly. It was what we needed and it was unbelievably helpful. Would highly recommend. Not after your money, but making sure you're happy.

GoogleWhat a bunch of unprofessional and rude people. I bought a house through them during covid on the asking price. From initial memorandum of sale till completion it was around 11 weeks, but still they kept me under so much pressure that I went through deep depression and had to seek medical advice Anything they need from me, they got within hours, but still they kept me under so much pressure, that I became very disturbed. Both, Jeremy and Harry are rude and lack basic mannerism, they should learn professional communication. I wish if there were any regulatory body where i could take them. Stay away from these lot as they only care about vendor and not for the buyer.
