GoogleWe first worked with Tom, Will and Team in 2020 as first time buyers for our home. The entire process of buying through them was smooth and efficient. So they were our first choice when it came to selling a second property. Whilst they were more expensive than other agents, we knew Tom and team could be trusted to sell the house - which they did at asking price. Highly recommend Gregory Brown Staines and to summarise they: 1) were accurate with their valuations and know the industry and area very well 2) have extensive industry contacts and recommendations that are very useful (even as a seller) 3) go above and beyond to see completion.

GoogleI had a really positive experience with Gregory Brown. They were super helpful from the start and accommodated fitting in multiple viewings around my schedule, which made things a lot easier for me. They were also great at keeping in touch with the sellers and helping everything move along smoothly. Anytime I needed something extra checked, they sorted it quickly without any fuss, which I really appreciated. They’ve got an extensive network, so can assist with supporting services too. Big thanks to Alfie, Tom and the team at Gregory Brown for being so approachable and supportive throughout the whole process. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

GoogleWe honestly cannot thank William, Tom, Alfie and Frank enough for everything they did for us. Our sale was not easy at all, with a previous buyer withdrawing, after which we were understandably very anxious for the rest of the process. From that point on, they were outstanding. They kept us calm, kept the sale moving, and gave us brilliant advice every step of the way. At a time when it would have been very easy to feel overwhelmed, they were steady, reassuring and proactive throughout. What made the difference was not just their professionalism, but the way they handled everything with patience, honesty and genuine care. We always felt they were on our side and doing everything possible to get us over the line. We are so grateful to Will, Tom, Alfie and Frank and would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleI sold my house with Gregory-Brown. We dealt mostly with William, who was excellent. He was efficient, caring, straight-forward and thoughtful and filled me with confidence. He took my calls at weekends when he was not at work and delivered paperwork to my door when he could not reach me by phone. Under offer in a day. Completed in two months, five days. I Highly recommend this service.
