GoogleSelling my mums flat was made easy by Gregory Brown estate agents in Staines. They were friendly, yet professional, provided good pictures of the home and handled the sale well. The only downside was the time taken for the buyers to obtain their mortgage. Staff were always available to answer our questions during the process.

GoogleI highly recommend Tom and his staff at Gregory Brown, they helped me complete a sale of property. They were professional and their customer service was second to none. Tom kept on top of the communications between the buyers, solicitors and myself. Viewings were handled by the team which helped me immensely. The team offered excellent advice from the beginning, e.g. presentation of the property, they provided an excellent portfolio of the property and were honest in their approach to the sale and the current house market issues. Their perseverance throughout the process helped the property to be sold in a timely manner. I wish to thank Tom and his team for their help and advice throughout the process as it had been a long time since I was involved in moving house.

GoogleFrank is a great estate agent. After many months of looking, he took a real interest in what we were looking for, filtering out anything he learned we wouldn’t like. This made house hunting a much more enjoyable process. Always greets you with a smile, no nonsense and is always on time. Being our sole point of contact, he has made Gregory Brown stand head and shoulders above the other agents.

GoogleWe bought house through Gregory Brown and we have mixed feeling about how the whole process went. We Viewed 2-3 properties through Gregory brown and all the viewings went well, no concerns there. The issue started in the process of purchase. There were no proper communication from Gregory Brown on the onward chain and every time we tried to communicate regarding the process with them, they were either not available or were rude to answer any queries. On the day of Exchange we were in stress as the buyer for our property had issues with his mortgage, and adding to the stress was Tom from Gregory Brown who was calling us for updates. Where all the information was with the Solicitors and we were also relying on the Solicitors. To sum it up, I believe they can do better job at communication as the whole process of buying and selling property is stressful.

GoogleI was looking for an apartment and got in contact with Alfie from Gregory Brown, he extended tremendous support in the process and as a newcomer to UK it was absolutely wonderful to have a support from Alfie and the entire team at Gregory Brown. I actually recommended them to some of my colleagues as well. Was a wonderful experience with them and would recommend Gregory Brown any day!

The staff at Gregory Brown's Staines were friendly, approachable, professional and efficient.
