Gregory Brown have been simply fantastic in selling my parents’ property in Staines. From the get-go they were proactive, found a buyer, negotiated us a great price, kept the process running and above all - at all stages - were kind and compassionate throughout. Tom coordinated everything for us and was brilliant at staying in touch via email and phone and if ever did miss calls, always responded back as soon as he could. I can’t recommend Tom and his team at Gregory Brown Staines highly enough! I wouldn’t think twice before using them again if I needed to. Lovely people and great at their job. Thank you Tom and your team!

Alfie got me a beautiful house to rent in such a short time. I had spent a while looking without any success. The experience was too good to be true and I still can’t believe we found the perfect house. Also, i’m so happy about the 2 weeks offer, it has come in handy with everything we need to take care of. I’d give the experience/service a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Experience, thank you so much! I can highly recommend Tom and William, Gregory Brown, Staines. Recently I successfully purchased our first house in UK from Gregory Brown. Buying property is never easy task and sometimes it makes me so stressful during the process. Honest, straightforward, and professional, Tom and William are everything you wish for in an estate agent. They were patient, quick to reply and communicate with me, and played a key part in ensuring the issue was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. We have no hesitation in recommending Tom or William to others either selling or buying in the area.

My experience has been wonderful with Gregory Brown estate agents. Recently we have bought a property through Gregory Brown. From the beginning till the end they have been very helpful & kind in every step of a process. I would like to thanks Frank who came to show us the property with his colleague. They showed us few properties around & help with all the related information. He is a very kind & jolly person. I would like to special thanks to Mr Tom Elliott who helped us that probably no one else could have been done better. Due to some documents problems we needed more time & Mr Tom allowed us enough time that was more than usual. Mr Tom communicated with us in every step to make sure that we don’t stuck anywhere. Mr Tom Elliott & his team does a wonderful job. They are very professional too. Again I do not have enough words to say big thanks to Mr Tom & his team. Appreciate for your time & favours !!!!

We have used Gregory Brown for selling our two properties and buying our dream house. There was a situation we completely lost our hope and decided to give up our dream. Tom is the only person for fulfilling our dreams. Work very hard behind the scenes for selling both of our properties and the purchase of our new property. There are not enough words to express our feelings many many times thanks to Tom,Will,Frank and all of you. Yoganathan Akilan Thayanithy Akilan

My first time using an estate agency and I cannot express how easy and smooth the process was at Gregory Brown. Jeremy and Elliot especially have made the process such an easy transition and move! I would without a doubt recommend for both ends (buyer/seller) as they will handle your home with care and professionalism!

I had the most fantastic service from this agency. I found everyone with whom I came in contact to be professional, helpful and friendly. I was particularly impressed by, and grateful for, the speed with which they secured another buyer when the first one dropped out, thereby enabling me not to lose the house I wanted to buy. Offering advice when I asked for it, calming my stress, and working behind the scenes to progress the whole process - just excellent service throughout!
