GoogleThe people at GTH South Molton, particularly Sandra, were very helpful during the very long process of buying the property. They were able to get answers for me that I couldn't get from my own Solicitor! Although I can't say it was an enjoyable experience, the support of GTH certainly made it a lot less painful.

GoogleI found the staff at GTH, Sherborne to be reliable, efficient, flexible, friendly, supportive and very professional at all times. This exceptionally well managed branch offers all I wanted from an estate agent without annoying 'added extras' I didn't want. This well-established branch is not 'pushy' and competitive with other estate agents in the area, and for that reason I found all the staff a pleasure to do business with.

Before we had even gone live on RightMove we had 3 viewings from this list and all 3 wanted the house! We went with a charming couple who were lovely to deal with. GoogleWe have been working with estate agents very closely over the last 12 years and from all the agents, GTH Sherborne and the staff there were amazing and by far the best, especially Richard. From the beginning when we asked for something specific they really listened to our needs and wants. We didn't get bombarded with calls and waste of time emails but more things that ticked the boxes we were looking for. We had several issues along the sales process, however, Richard really made sure both sides of the party got through any problems and would always go the extra mile to make sure all parties were happy. We strongly recommend GTH Sherbourne to anyone and if you're looking for a perfect home, especailly if you're fussy like us!!!! Thank you to all at GTH Sherbourne and your patience with us!

GoogleVery disappointed with how Kate Grant handled my process. I was due to have the keys to my house on the 3rd of December but as I was being paid from work on the 6th I wanted them then. I explained this to her on the phone and midway through conversation she hung up, never called back or apologised. Also she was lying about the process of my mortgage going through saying the reason I'm not in the house sooner like planned is because it was my solicitors fault. But it was all on the sellers end (Kate Grant). - Use anyone else but her. If I could I would put 0 stars.
