GoogleOmg what a journey I will try to keep this brief but i can’t promise when i first met Kate I was quick to tell her my own personal story and explained that i suffered terribly from depression/anxiety basically my mental health was terrible but Kate took that in board and explained this to her colleagues about my struggles in life the three main people i dealt with was Christina Isla and Bill all three were amazing towards me and at every twist and turn they all considered my feelings/stress levels I dealt with Bill mostly and omg what a professional/considerate gentleman he practically held my hand throughout the whole process until we achieved the end goal me selling my house and buying the bungalow that I fell in love with on the first visit with Isla what an amazing young lady very considerate of my journey and my mental state was not good but they did everything in there power to get me where I am to day a fresh start to the rest of my life I will always be truly grateful as i really needed this to happen for my sanity and i couldn’t have done it without all the team that work GTH

TrustpilotThe worst experience ever
The worst experience ever! We had the agent come to value our property and was told he would do the viewings and would advise better photos to help sell the property which we agreed to. The first viewing was done by a totally unprofessional person.. her first words to the client were, I was wondering where the parking was? Who says that to someone you are supposedly trying to sell the house to. She then said well I’ve not been here before. The office is just 5 minutes from the property surely you would get there 5 minutes earlier and see what you are trying to sell and have the facts that it’s a town house and doesn’t have parking but you can get residential permits. I wish I had left then as things didn’t get better. No one answers the phone, I had to do a viewing myself as they didn’t have enough staff which meant driving two hours there and back as we don’t live there. Then the person who said would do the viewings left the company! Obviously knew he wouldn’t be able to do the viewings as we were told. We have now instructed a professional company and left GTH but now being hounded to pay for photos we were told to get despite the extremely poor service giving us no option but to leave. Definitely would not recommend the Taunton office.
