GoogleI found GTH as they were the local agents for a property I wanted to view. On making the first appointment they were flexible with my request for day and time and arrived early with a welcome and literature about the property for me to take away. The lady illa was well informed about the property and subsequent visits were also very helpful. Terry handled negotiations very professionally and gave some great advice regarding professional costs of Solicitors and Surveyors etc. This made the whole buying process simple.
I will use them again in the near future as they deal with rentals too! Only slight criticism would be sometimes the phone isn't answered in the office but I guess that's because they are so busy!
