We had what we felt was such a complicated situation and we were so worried that we would not be able to go ahead in the time very short timescale we had. But we need not have worried at all! They were all so understanding. From our first contact with Jodie, the first viewing with Curtis, and Ollie taking over at the end, it was just perfect. Both Curtis and Archie took time out of their personal schedules to make sure we could get to the house when the builders were available which was greatly appreciated. I am never moving again....but if I was, I would definitely use them <3

Relocation from oxfordshire

From the very start of our journey of moving from Oxfordshire, Callum helped accommodate viewings of our new home around the dates that we could travel down which was so helpful for us. Once we had an offer agreed which Gail handled perfectly in securing the house, Billy introduced himself to us as our sales progression manager and honestly he was an absolute godsend!! He communicated with us regularly and chased things when we needed him to! On the day of our move we did have some issues due to solicitors errors but he was on it and did not let up until we had our keys. I did go into the office a few times on completion day as I was a nervous wreck with my son and cat in the car but Isla had a lovely chat with me and was a pleasure to spend time with. All in all buying a house is stressful but they all made it a much better experience 😊

The viewing process with GTH was non existent. We were accommodated by the vendors at our request otherwise wouldn't have viewed the property we ended up buying. Harry who dealt with the purchase negotiations understood the convenience of email correspondence due to work and family commitments so this was appreciated. Lorraine who dealt with our purchase of the property once offer accepted, was very helpful and was super in assisting us push through until we moved in.
